    @Utah and @Dallas are both back-to-backs now

  2. They just added two B2Bs to our schedule when at minimum the Feb 15th game didn’t need to be a B2B. There are 3 whole days free with nothing on the schedule (because it’s the latter half of ASB) on the other side of the ASB weekend, but instead of scheduling it during one of those 3 days they decide to give us our 16th and 17th B2Bs, giving us the most in the league and 2 more than the next team. Oh and the first game of that February B2B is at 10pm on the 14th, which means they have to fly overnight after that game to play a 6pm game. Cool cool cooool. Very sadistic. Very cool.

    Edit to add: The one silver lining I suppose is that of the most absurd fun fact of this season (statistically at least) thus far – when it comes to days of rest of splits (i.e. games on 0 days of rest, 1 day of rest, 2 days, etc.) the team’s best record and overall performance has come in games with zero rest 😂 they’re 5-3 in those games and a +6.1. Granted some of that has to do with opponent quality in some of those games but still lol. In the 2 games against formidable opponents (Minny and then Kings last night) that we lost and in which Steph played (ie not counting the Bucks game on Jan. 13th), the score margins were -5 and -1. And the 1pt Kings game was without CP, GPII, and Moody vs fully healthy Kings with 2 whole days of rest. That’s pretty damn good all things considered.
