    There's two solutions either the refs are exploiting their positions like cops would for their own benefits and Adam Silver is just letting happen cause it makes the right people happy or he is in on it. Actively participating and supporting

    All NBA players and coaches should start saying stuff about the refs in interviews. The NBA cant fine them all otherwise it'll look extremely bad on their side due to not listening to players and couches complaints. They would have to do something about it.
