One of JA and Evan needs to be able to stretch the floor if both are playing 30+ minutes. So yeah, Evan‘s lack of shooting progress concerns me. The only thing he improved shooting-wise is his finishing. His shooting percentages from 3 feet away or more are still terrible. JA has much better percentages away from the basket. But I‘m not sure that his improved shooting is enough.

I wonder why JA doesn’t try to shoot more from the perimeter. His shot looks smoother than Mobley’s tbh. Either way, happy to have Mobley back.

It’s not happening this season so we might as well all chill and be happy he is healthy.
I’ve been saying this all year: I just want to see Evan hitting his FTs at 75+% and he has been doing that. That would indicate that he is on the path to being able to hit corner 3s at an acceptable rate
