I will say this till the end of time. He is the cause our downfall. We won’t improve an inch until he is gone.

    1. Always goes back to starting lineup at the beginning of 3rd. No matter what the position of the game is.
    2. Always prioritizes TP over Vando and Rui for God knows what reason.
    3. Always takes players out the moment they get hot
    4. Always keeps players on the bench and doesn’t even try to use them for limited minutes (just to give our main guys a rest)
    5. Always saves Timeouts for no reason.
    6. Keeps Lebron and AD in blowouts and predictably they are gassed in the next game.
    7. Doesn’t draw plays or change schemes whatsoever.

I might have forgotten a lot. You are welcome to add them.

All I ask from him is to start Vanderbilt over TP for at least 1 game and he still won’t do it.

    🙁

  3. FreqinNVibing

Actual cause of our downfall is Rob and hiring Ham is just one of his many poor decisions

  4. flowermoon24

plus the free throws, 10 missed free throws is a fukn crime. this team should do free throw drills every hour

  5. willyumoo

    It’s crazy how he started:

    Dlo (defensive liability)
    Reaves (defensive liability)
TP (defensive liability when used incorrectly)
    Lebron (100 years old)
    Hayes (-100000 IQ)

Why not go small ball and play Vando and Rui? You have to match the athleticism of the hawks forwards. Size isn’t a priority against washed capela.

  6. The guy had Malik Beasley on the floor as a ball handler trying to iso defenders.

  7. Danny_III

You can bring on prime Phil Jackson and he still can’t make dlo and Reaves into competent defenders. The game starts with the players, and some of our players are flawed as fuck

  8. Eric_T_Meraki

The literal definition of Fake It Until You Make It. The American dream.

  9. Bright_Obligation_56

    Hamas war crimes:

    * Starting Hayes (IQ of a worm) over CWood, a guy who had 15-20 PPG in the last seasons
    * Playing LBJ 35+ mins in b2b blowout games.
    * Not resting AD and LBJ when 30 points down
    * His love affairs with Taurean Prince and Cam
    * Keeping Rui imprisoned and Vando benched

At this point, it goes higher than Ham. And I think some people have it right, they don’t want to fire him because he’s the scape goat. Firing him would be admitting their failure and allow for the blame to be directed to them. It’s on Jeanie.

  11. Most_Temporary5113

we’re so bad, it would’ve been fine if this was the same team last season pre-trade, now though, it’s very clear that we need a change.

Last question please – why u suck balls?

Ham – I wouldn’t say we suck at this point, this is a marathon not a sprint, you don’t know who will win until the end even tho we look like ass at the moment. We are a hell of a ball club just need to get healthy. AD didnt play tonight but I liked the fight we got today. I’m not gonna think about lineups today, imma drink some ass juice and sleep like a pig today. Thank you!

  13. I’m starting to think he was the reason we lost against Nuggets last year. Couldn’t make any damn adjustments. Just expects players to “go play” like my 7th grade sons coach, that’s also a shitty coach. Lol.

  14. litlegoblinjr

True downfall of this team was the stupid Westbrook trade. That closed the championship window shut

  15. enzblade

I like the idea that Ham is the hill the front office (Jeanie) will die on. Perhaps Jeanie will finally step down after this.

Sad that we have to waste LeBron’s twilight like this, but if it means the more competent Buss kids get to step up or the team gets to be sold to a more professional group so be it.

  16. ZacapaRocks

Pretty incredible isn’t it? That it got this dysfunctional? An all-time underachieving team.

  17. Dizzy_1992

Gotta get bro out of there by any means necessary at this point.

  18. texicali74

It’s not just getting rid of Ham, it’s replacing him with someone who won’t also suck.

  19. TinyNeff

Why did we even make the hire in the first place . Vogel fucking won us a championship

  20. CabbageStockExchange

Honestly the root is deeper than just Ham unfortunately. During the LeBron/AD era we’ve won one ring which is nice. But we’ve had far more shitty years than even decent ones. Unacceptable performance from everyone in the FO

  21. CradleRockStyle

Ham sucks, but he is not the only reason we are bad. He as A reason, don’t get me wrong, but there are a lot of problems with this team. It starts with ownership.

  22. Markel100

This team has more issues than the coach teams biggest issue is the inconsistent defense the effort isnt there night to night. Hams issue is offensive side of the ball with sets

  23. LetsBeRealisticK

This dogshit roster isn’t winning shit anyway.

Ham is a budget hire. Jeanie isn’t spending money on a Lillard-Era Trail Blazers tier team. Dumbass management got the team here, and they’re okay with riding it out

  24. Whitebandito

Staley wishes he had this kind of plot armor.

  25. Fun-Comfort-3294

Three things are certain in life. Death, taxes, and Ham having his hands in his pockets while playing Taurean Prince 30+ minutes.

    ![gif](giphy|MuI49xZmrbhKoKnZpc)

  26. It goes higher. The people who hired this man need to go too. They keep making bad moves.

  27. Nothappened

Those fucking 3 guard lineups, they can’t score over anyone, they can’t guard anyone and can’t grab a single fucking rebound

  28. It’s not Ham at all we can’t run a team with a 39 year old as the face of the franchise

  29. Silly_Strawberry_953

He’s waiting for his next paycheck to take them hands out of his pockets.

  30. broke_boi1

Can that one guy who did a photoshop of Lebron smiling less and less every day the lakers didn’t make a trade last season do the same thing for every day Ham doesn’t get fired?

  31. KUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUZ

I saw the starting lineup today and something just broke.

I watch basketball to have fun, not to see a dumbass who belongs no where near a coaching gig.

I usually watch the lakers whenever they are on, but today I just watched the better teams play, and it was a much more stress free experience.

I will always support the lakers, but until they do something about Darwin xHamster, I cant say that i will religiously watch the tirefire.
