He’s made the Lakers more miserable to watch than Walton (I didn’t think that was possible).
Just fucking fire him already what are they waiting for? the season to be over and get eliminated? It shouldn’t be this hard. Obvious lack of adjustments, disconnect between players/coach horrible results, completely lost locker room. Tf else has to happen

LeBron James might be having his last great season and Ham is wasting it.

Jeanie Buss era for the last 7 years has been nothing short of a disaster save for one year, 2020 largely because LeBron came.
Remember when Jim Buss made a promise that if the Lakers weren’t close to competing for rings in 3 years he would step down? Maybe it’s time for Jeanie to do the same.
He really does strikes me as a coach who stopped caring. He acted like he did something after last season and was satisfied. Then came in this summer with a mindless “5-out” system that doesn’t even fit personnel.
He uses the same lazy phrases and cliches in every single interview and has zero self awareness to look in the mirror. Even for all his flaws, there was a hunger Darvin had last year that just isn’t evident anymore.
He’s gotten worse

There’s a lack of accountability in his press conferences that irks me the most. You know a coach is in trouble when it’s difficult for him to say “that one was on me, I need to put our players in the best position to succeed”
There’s no room for Hams ego on this team. Ship his ass out.
