Say PHI’s pick is ~#26. #26 for 34-year-old DeMar who is an UFA this offseason? I guess the alternative is paying him, so it would depend heavily on what kind of contract he would require to stay. I guess they could also work a S&T after the season. That’s a tough call.

Look, unpopular opinion, but I don’t trust in AKME’s process. For all we know, we can land the 4th overall again and they’ll swing and miss again. Then what?
I said this back when we had Butler. If we’re trying to win, build around the guys we already have.
We don’t even need to add a star. Demar is him. Add spot up shooters, pure scorers, and defense. This squad can win against the best, let’s just go all in.
We need to do whatever it takes to pry Klay from the Warriors at the deadline.
