  1. Wakanda random ass leaks are these. Can’t wait for Thursday

  2. Myrese_Taxey

Makes no sense. We wouldn’t trade a first unless it’s for a guy who would be a terrible fit and sucks in the playoffs?

  3. 4amvampire

I mean giving one 1st isn’t the end of the world since we’ll have two more tradable ones starting draft night. As long as it’s for the right player, which may or may not be DD

  4. nickenglish94

Not a great fit with Tobias out there, but at least he’s someone who could help get some points on the board while embiid rests.

  5. PhatYeeter

Morey trades are usually not leaked ahead of time, the Ben and Harden trades being the exception.

  6. Brilliant-Error-575

Do it, Daryl. He’s buddies with Lowry, too

  7. shortwavetransmitter

These mfs really just get paid to blabber

  8. PessimistSixersFan

Would be a terrible fit because the space in which he likes to score is where Embiid does so and resides in

  9. ExileOnBroadStreet

Not a great fit and the time to trade for DeMar was like 2-3 years ago. He’s 34.

as a 2nd unit leader I’m OK with it, but doesn’t he nerf our floor spacing if he’s in the starting lineup? I like him as an early Tyrese sub to keep Maxey fresh, and I think DeMar + Joel could have a nasty two man game

Lol Derozan would make this team better and wouldn’t cost that much. I don’t get the hate and we were never going to make some massive trade it makes no sense. The massive trade should 100% happen in the off season when more options are available. I know the fans are impatient but this is the smart plan and I’m glad Morey understands this. I just hope he doesn’t cave to fans and media complaining.

Good. We need to save assets for an allstar that demands a trade in the offseason. If one is available now go for it but unlikely to happen.

  13. cool939393

If we give up assets for fucking DeRozan – I am done with this team.

    (I am lying to myself)

Didn’t Nurse just say we needed to find a way to shoot more 3s and the solution to that would be Demar, for a first round pick? Lmao, this gotta be from Chicago trying to build some kind of trade market for him

  15. I think this and Caruso for a first, a few seconds, and maybe Springer (obviously salary filler too) might be best and most realistic path.  Keeps flexibility into offseason.  Gordon Hayward fits this bill too.  Won’t know the fit until be gets here, but if Jo is out for let’s say a month, Derozan could help them stay afloat a bit. He is a good player – it’s nice to have a guy that can get hot – he’s just not a shooter.  Caruso would help immensely in the playoffs against guys like Brunson, Mitchell, and the Celtics.

A deal like this and then add an offense off bench guy/create his own shot guy like Clarkson would make this team formidable IF Jo comes back healthy in time for playoffs.

  16. hoagieclu

this makes complete sense. don’t give up a first round pick unless you’re getting back a proven winner like DEMAR DEROZAN lmao

  17. AbdulPirateKing

TERRIBLE fit with Joel and Tobi. Old too

  18. So Morey doesn’t want to give up a first will give up a first if he thinks it worth giving up a first but he doesn’t want to

  19. Scary_Ordinary_4448

why aren’t we going for miles bridges

  20. couldn’t think of a bigger waste than that guy, no more olds, no more bad defenders, no more players who can’t shoot 3s, no more players who want to be in the same space as joel, thanks
