If you want to look for an example of why we are where we are this season, here’s the perfect example:
Warriors up one with two minutes left. Klay takes back to back HORRIBLE 3s: a 26 footer followed by a drifting 3 both missing badly, leading to Lakers win.
This was a must win game, and he’s out trying to chasing storylines instead of trying to win games with good basketball. This has basically been going on all season and needs to end if we want to go back to winning.

Still can’t believe Lonnie Walker won this series.
Klay is at his worst when there aren’t a lot of offensive options. In the Lakers series Poole was useless and Wiggins wasn’t himself. Someone has to shoot and he tries too hard to fill the void. Same thing last night. If the team gets better then Klay gets more efficient.
Curry on Lonnie Walker with GP2 on the bench is what I remember most about this game
Klay needs to accept he’s a 3rd or 4th option these days. It’s no surprise the last time he did which was in ‘22 we had way more success.

Steph is the oldest and one month shy of 36. This right here is the problem. This is every Warriors game. This was the Lakers series. This was the Kings series. This is almost every game since KD left. Aside from 2022, where Poole wasn’t the worst NBA player to ever touch a court, Klay wasn’t as trash as he is now, and Wiggs actually gave a shit, this has been the norm. No other scorers. Steph being the only offensive force while aging. Absolutely no defense being played by this team. Need a second option and a defensive seven footer. How they get that is beyond me but it’ll certainly help this team turn a corner. Doesn’t mean they become instant contenders. But it does mean they instantly become better. Because it’d be hard to get any worse than they are now.
Yes, Kerr has evidence that riding vets the old way didn’t work. They lost. Remember Kuminga was dnp out the lineups THIS year before they almost lost to Portland (the worst team in the league)
When Klays off. He’s really off. Hitting the sides of the rim on either side. Those are clunkers.
It’s unfortunate that he’s sucking this bad. So bad that it’s leaving a lasting memory in our brains
So bad he’s going to be remembered as a clunker by lots of ppl.
Least Ray Allen stayed a good shooter until the end. JJ reddick also ended a decent shooter.
We’ve been getting way too many 20%-ish shooting nights from Klay all year. That’s terrible. Terrible even in the G-League
I truly hope he gets it together and realizes he needs to be wide open to make shots. And he can no longer make those miraculous shots. Hasn’t been the case for awhile
Klay just tied it to send it to OT against the Lakers
Klay should come off the bench
Klay needs to be benched or waived. He is out playing hero ball instead of making wise choices to help the team win. I secretly wish he was injured so Dubs have a better shot at winning
Shooters shoot. Instead of looking for a scapegoat just be a positive fan. Quit your bitchin and send some positive energy to our boys.
Klays shooting was horrible last night. And he’s had a lot of bad shooting nights this year. His game is declining. On both the defensive and offensive side. No one is disputing that, after those major injuries and him knowing only his role as a future hall of fame two-way shooter. So we’re gonna go back to a game last year to pile on him? Last night wasn’t enough? Gotta get the pitchforks and torches? MFs better stay away when we we raise his jersey to the rafters cuz they obviously never heard of the words class or shame.
