Gabe Vincents 8-10 weeks away from being 8 -10 Weeks away

If we could count on him being healthy, I wouldn’t necessarily need to move on Tyus Jones. Maybe Mays can fill the gap for a few weeks. We just really could use competent backup guard minutes.

  3. If Gabe is healthy by mid March then keep him

He brings a lot of what we need

So early March and then it’ll be late March and he’ll come back for 2 games and it wouldn’t be reasonable for us to expect him in game shape especially playoff shape

Unfortunately it did not work out and including him in a trade if possible is the safer move

A healthy Gabe is exactly what we’re looking for. It’s just tough to bank on him being game ready. Not to mention the chemistry

We have a player on our team named Gabe Vincent? /s

I say keep him. If it pans out cool if not oh well

Hope we can finally use him for a late push this season because it sounds like he finally got surgery on a lingering issue.

Lakers were duped by Vincent’s playoffs performance. He isn’t good and is undersized. They’re trying to use him as a Schroder replacement but I don’t see it. Fiesty defender but that’s about it.

If they can move him and JHS + a second rounder for a rotational wing, they should. I wonder what the Pistons are doing with Bojan. They’re obviously not a team that can compete and are wasting Bojan. If the Lakers can get Bojan, it would significantly improve the Lakers floor spacing.

  11. This great news, but I think it’s high ask to have a guy who is just coming off of knee surgery to contribute at a high level. I think he’ll get moved and whoever receives him will bank on him being a contributor for next season

Gabe will come back on a minutes restrictions so nah just sit this one out buddy

It’s gonna take like 3 weeks to find a rythym

But in the playoffs he’s a dog I guess

  14. the thing is, all those heat players looked good during that playoff run. they played way above their talent level. the system gets the most out of them, when they regress to their mean there’s not much to fall back on. all these guys were undrafted, bounced around for a reason.

they’re not as good as spo makes them look. which isn’t an indictment against them, it’s just what you expect out of a system player.

We can’t truly gauge the potential of this team until ~~Ariza Nunn~~ Vincent returns

If we think he’s what we need, but don’t want to count on him because he hasn’t played all year, why would any other team think about him differently? Why would we expect him to be an asset? It’s going to cost us to move his contract

Man I wish we could just pick up someone like Jalen Green / DFS/ Claxton already
