To go anywhere the Golden State Warriors did dominate they win by 23 points very similar to a few weeks ago when they played the same Philly team they definitely owned this squad uh your reaction and how the hell are you doing doing great Cyrus I mean they own this

Squad without Joel embiid so that does need to be pointed out only one of the best players in the NBA great to see the team get now again great to see the team get a win the Warriors finally have won back-to-back games this was the first

Time since November um so that’s a huge step in the right direction in terms of positive momentum um but second time since November is that what you said I’m sorry uh this was the first time since November that’s what they said in the postgame they screwed up I think I’m

Almost positive it’s the second time in fact I have the uh I just sorry I don’t mean to like talk over you they they won back to about games in January 30th and February 2nd so uh call out your Source because they deserve to be uh well it

Was no it was on the it was on the ESPN broadcast on ESPN yeah un maybe they said maybe they said back to back on the road that’s the only oh that might be true that might that’s the only other thing I could think but they didn’t or

They meant back toback on the road but I don’t think they said back toback on the road anyways let’s say it’s the second time since November it is go a good accomplishment it’s a positive step in the right direction this is a team that has struggled to string together wins

Season long they’re below 500 even a Philly Team without Joel embiid is a good win um to me the Warriors they were more locked in defensively they played better defensively from the start um they won the battle on the boards which I thought was a positive um a couple

Other things is that they kept turnovers under control which has been an issue for them and a number of losses 13 turnovers was good um they were able to get out on the break a couple times and get out in transition by forcing turnovers as well and they shot well

From Beyond the Arc I thought this shot selection was much better for the Warriors tonight and a big reason why a person that I do want to call out and point out a much improved performance from is Klay Thompson this is the kind of performance the Warriors need from

Clay he does not need to be shooting constantly all game long trying to put up 30 a night he needs to accept that th this is what the Warriors need from him 18 points when it’s an efficient 18 points is a huge positive six of 12 from

The field four of five from Beyond The Arc he chipped in uh an assist three rebounds he was a team best plus 24 and to me clay Let The Game come to him he did look like he was forcing it I liked his shot selection he was taking threes

When they were open he did have one or two that I thought were nice mid-range looks but just not this dumb hard like double teamed on the run like sometimes in these games he just forces up shots that don’t need to go and I thought that his shot selection was much better in

This game I thought the team shot selection was much better in this game and that’s a big reason why they had better efficiency uh looking at the numbers the Warriors 50% from the field 42 plus percent from Beyond The Arc and I think that Klay Thompson deserves some

Credit I know it’s been a very tumultuous week for him in light of him being asked after the game by Anthony Slater about not playing to finish out a fourth quarter a clip went viral of him on Twitter you know kicking the bench and appearing to wave off Steph Curry

When he was trying to talk to him earlier in the season while he was dealing with some frustration but to me there’s still value for Clay on this team it’s a matter of him accepting what his role is and being able to make the most of the minutes that he gets and the

Shots that he gets by letting the game come to him yeah and hon I’m happy for him yeah I’m happy for him too again I was for few folks unaware that why we didn’t have a show last time I was in a blackout for almost for three plus days

It was a torturous experience I did not even watch the uh the Warriors Nets game but and then I saw the clip today I feel like if clay didn’t react the way he did it would be a non-story because this was not the first time that Clay did not

Finish a game Kerr actually did that earlier this season one or two other times but then clay like I mean I thought he was gonna cry I mean this was someone wounded Pride was showing and yeah you know and I wrote this on threads I’m like clay I love you man but

Highlights he finished with I think it was 28 points 10 rebounds he had a double double for sure um a couple of blocks got to the line a bunch of times he looked like he was playing Super aggressive and trying to get to the hole

So that was a big positive psky also had a double double and I think there’s a stat floating around about how many double doubles he has for a rookie is somewhere up there uh now in the upper echelon of of Warriors history um so big play from Brandon psky would be my

Summary of what I saw from the highlights and then Jonathan kaminga also having a great game but big win for the dubs uh that’s about all I can break down for you well they’re three in one on this road trip uh which is which is incredible now look the opposition

Can get a little perspective on how Wiggins is doing lately because he does have some fans it’s a little surprising to me uh you know how Ardent some of his supporters are um you know because there are people out there that don’t want them traded since January 1 here here’s

How much Wiggins has scored in each game 10 11 3 3 5 17 7 and then you went through a five-game stretch of 16 12 17 22 23 against the same Philly team so two of his highest scoring games of the Season we’re both against the Sixers

Then he had a nine-point game then he had a two-point game where he got injured but he did play 19 minutes and then tonight he scored 21 that doesn’t impress me that much uh and look I know some people really uh don’t want him to leave Steve kerb is probably number one

On the list he doesn’t want anything to change um um I am of this very strong belief and and kylin you’ve said this before and I’ve agreed with you then I don’t know if you still feel this way that if the Warriors don’t make a move

Tomorrow this is a first or second round exit team at best uh you know wins against the Sixers when they’re missing like in the first time they played Philadelphia Maxi was out tonight Joel embiid is out uh so you’re so these aren’t exactly like like big tests uh

Built now I don’t think this is a title winning team a title winning roster as built now so something has to give some pieces have to be moved and they have to get enough back to make this a championship winning roster so for the folks saying they want to hold on to all

The starters they want to hold on on to all the youngsters like who are you giving up like who are you willing to trade I think some folks have been saying Dario shich like yeah fair but like is a shich enough along with a couple of you know future picks to bring

In someone who’s going to do enough for the Warriors to be Championship contenders I don’t think so you’re gonna have to give up something and the big question is what and based on the way that he’s been playing you pointed out the numbers um Andrew Wiggins is the

Most movable piece you can’t move and I know a lot of people are saying Klay Thompson Klay Thompson Klay Thompson you can’t move Klay Thompson Steph Cy will not sign off on that there have been m multiple reports saying that this organization will not trade a player without Steph Curry’s approval and

Especially not one of the big three so a Draymond Greener a Clay Thompson without Steph Curry coming to them with the idea and even suggesting it first like hey it’s time to do this and Steph Curry is way too loyal of a person those three are extremely close it’s just not going

To happen um so beyond trading clay like what other names are out there I I guess that would be my question for folks who are against trading Wiggins I don’t necessarily want to see Wiggins go but to me who else are you moving the Warriors have to do

Something or at least I would like to see them do something I think CP3 would be an option but what are you gonna get from him for him he’s hurt he’s hurt and he’s old and he’s been hurt he’s had injury issues um I get people saying

Looney like I agree um but again I just think you also have to move someone with value in order to get something with value back right um so to me that’s why like it just makes the most sense I don’t necessarily want to see Wiggins go

I I think that we’ve seen a lot of positive from him recently he deserves a ton of credit he played great tonight I thought Andrew Wiggins played great this is more like the Wiggins of old but is he going to consistently be that and regardless who are the Warriors going to

Trade to bring in valuable pieces I think they need more than just one player unless they’re bring in like a tier one player but even then well the other tr the other trade kylin that I I remember now what it was uh it’s a trade where you send Wiggins and again this

This is just what people are speculating you know the Jake fisers of Yahoo and you know the bleach report folks like you know they’re throwing all these trade specul rumors out uh and so the Bucks are the other team where You’ basically get back Bobby poris uh Steve

Kerr did Coach Bobby poris for Team USA uh the previous summer so supposedly there’s a relationship there um I would love Bobby poris he’s the type of player that in my humble opinion would be fantastic um I would I would sign off on that trade immediately uh there’s also

Speculation this has nothing to do with Wiggins although maybe you have to move them to make the salaries match but the Warriors are reportedly interested in Alex Caruso Casey Johnson of NBC Sports uh Chicago reported that it reported that that is not speculation but the Bulls supposedly did not want to trade

Caruso before Zack leine decided to sabotage everything by electing for foot surgery that was really balls really bold on his part there’s no doubt about that um so and that and I think that just threw all of their plans into a Twist Alex Caruso is someone that I know

Steve Kerr loves um and so you know and he and make no mistake about it even though Steve Kerr is technically not the GM he is calling the shots they’re not pulling a single uh transaction without his approval um so that’s what’s out there do any of those excite you at all

I would love Caruso I think I think any of those moves in my opinion improve the team and I think this team is better than the record shows I do think maybe one move is all it will take um I I know you feel like there needs to be more

Than one but I would still be I agree with you I think that the Warriors are better than the record shows when fully healthy with everyone back because you do have to realize Draymond Green has not been with the team for the majority of the Season or or feels like a

Majority of the Season at least for a consistent stretch of games due to suspensions you know and trouble that he’s been in so I don’t know I I just feel like fully healthy this team is better than a below 500 team but are they one piece away from being a

Championship contending team I think I guess it depends on the piece but I also want to say that I can see the Warriors not making any moves that’s honestly what I that’s what I expect to happen so as much as I know we have a great

Dialogue going in in the chat and you know we like talking about it I am at the point where I’m accepting that no moves are gonna be made what do you think no I agree and and it bumps me out to say that I I because again if they

Just roll with this I’m not going to pretend like the last three months hasn’t happened you know that’s that’s not some smoke screen that’s just a makeb believe event in Warriors history that you know there is a reflection of reality in what we’ve seen from this

About you know the time missed how he’s a shell of his former s um and what I found out answers everything it’s it was like the puzzle piece just went in there I told you what it was and and uh you know we’ll save that for another show

There’s also uh there’s two things I need to reveal one is that the other is what Wiggins Was Heard saying uh in the Warriors tunnels that a lot of media members caught and when you hear that all I’m I guess what I’m trying to say here is the Wiggins we’re seeing right

Now that’s a little better than what we’ve seen earlier in the season I read off all the the scoring numbers since the beginning of of the year they’re not overly impressive they’re nothing like what we saw in 2022 is Wiggins is someone who plays largely based on motivation my biggest concern with

Wiggins is he does not want to leave this Warriors team he is happy here and a week from now if he’s not traded are we still gonna see this production or are we gonna see him go back to the I’m not going anywhere things are chill now

You know like like that’s my biggest concern what are your thoughts on that um I don’t know based on what you said about what he’s dealing with and going through like I don’t know if he necessarily would be like hey I’m gonna chill but my concern would be is this

Issue resolved long term is this going to be something that’s going to be an ongoing struggle where he’s going to be inconsistent in his play I I don’t know um but my full expectation is that the Warriors aren’t going to make any moves and we’re riding this roster out till

The end of the season I do think with the emergence of Jonathan I do think with Draymond Green back in the mix I think if Andrew Wiggins plays better and closer to what he was during the championship run two years ago I think this is a competitive roster is it

A championship winning roster someone said they thought so in the chat I just they’re also is the buyout there also is the buyout Market that’s also a possibility yeah I know yeah I mean they’re clearly too small to compete with some of the best teams um you know

The defense we’ve only seen it improve the last few games uh that’s been a massive problem all season and that does correlate directly with the size of this team um yeah I’m with you if they don’t do anything if they stand Pat this is going to be just the the the the last

Dance of this dynasty and we’re just gonna see it go like it’s it’s done it’s done I I would I would not be surprised if they make no moves and they don’t even make the plan like that would not Shock me um because again we’re we’re we’re making

These judgments based on the last few games and I’m looking at the the last four or five games on this road trip which yes they’re three and one but you beat Memphis okay you beat a you lost to Atlanta I’m sorry where Steph scored 60 points you beat Brooklyn I mean those

Are non-playoff teams in the Eastern Conference you beat Philly missing a star player I mean these are the type of games that to me uh present measuring sticks and yeah I I I really hope I really hope they do something you know it would colossally disappoint when we

Like do you put a lot of weight on it is it just another game what are your thoughts on that I mean I feel like the Warriors they’re not at the point where you know every game has to be a big game but at the same time like you have to start

Stringing together wins now I just feel like we’re at the point where we’re approaching the trade deadline Allstar break coming you’re really in that second half of the Season like at some point things need to start clicking and they need to start stringing wins together they need to get up into the

Playoff picture um and now is the time so I don’t know that I’m putting more importance on it just based on the fact that it is the Pacers based on the fact they’ve went too straight but I kind of feel like they’re at the time now where every game is really important because

Of where they’re at in the standings at the moment and the fact that the second half of the season they have to start clicking like at some point things have to start coming together and this is it so and you know now that if everyone’s healthy and I mean aside from CP3 if

Everyone’s healthy at this point and actually gp2 now that I think about it I kind of forgot about him um if everyone else is healthy uh think the big thing is getting Draymond back has been huge for the Warriors I do think he’s had a positive impact I know we didn’t talk

About him specifically in light of tonight’s game he didn’t have any big numbers offensively didn’t hit one of his threes that he’s been doing he did have six boards but I do think overall he’s really helped with the continuity of this group and so I’m just hoping to

See all of it start coming together like I feel like we’ve seen moments where Jonathan kaminga has been outstanding taking over games but he hasn’t had enough help Steph Curry going off for 60 points but they lose doesn’t have enough help getting Draymond Green back starting to provide some of the

Continuity but then you also need Andrew Wiggins to start playing well at the same time you need Klay Thompson to be more of who he was tonight and not come out next game and have a clunker um so to me it’s like all of those guys need to start consistently playing well

Together and now is the time um and I would like to see more of the youngsters Off the Bench I want to see Moses Moody continue to get a big rooll now that he’s back healthy looked a little bit Rusty early in the game hit a couple

Late threes um that I thought maybe helped him get a little bit more in his Groove but would love to see more Trace Jackson Davis would love to see Brandon pky um continue to develop I liked Lester qu Quinones in this game and I thought he played well last game so I

Think this is the time where the Warriors really need to start looking themselves in the mirror and say are we gonna get this together or not because this is it you cannot continue to go later and later and later into the season below 500

And lot of it to me is just like them bringing intensity and focus and playing defense yeah sorry that’s the other half of it to me is like all of those guys that I just mentioned have to bring intensity every single night like I feel

Like it’s one or two guys a night that are stepping up and then the others kind of are just there it’s like you all have to play that like that every single night totally agree with you uh the warrior I didn’t know this until just now I don’t know why I missed this

There’s a four-way tie for the top seed in the western conference right now the Clippers Thunder tea wolves and Nuggets are all tied in the Lost actually just tied with uh no almost entirely tied in terms of record but with in terms of uh win losses they’re all on equal footing

And then the kings are behind them five games back same with the Suns the Warriors are still a game behind the Jazz for the playin um Steve Camy reminds me of that single person in the dating scene who is as picky as they come right oh they’re not blonde enough

They’re not SC enough they’re not outgoing enough I I that’s the vibe I get from Steve Kerr in terms of new additions to the team whether it’s Personnel or coaches and that could be frustrating because if you’re that picky oftentimes you’re gonna miss out on true Talent like I’m much more of a

Subscriber to the Jerry West philosophy which is just get the best players out there put them on your team and have a coach who’s gonna make it work uh what are your thoughts on that I mean I agree I completely agree something I do want to mention on Steve Kerr kind of like

Half pivoting from that though is a big reason why I think the Warriors have been more successful recently is because he is letting the young guys play it is not and and it kind of goes to your point in terms of him you know just being bizarre with rotations and and
