I am sure he has not seen even 2 minutes of a Milwaukee bucks under Doc to see there is a clear improvement in terms of cohesiveness in defence and statistics say so. when Bucks were winning the eye test was saying something is wrong. The eye test is now much better but they are not winning. Injuries and a tough schedule have not helped with the result. Can we stop saying "I love him but" before talking about Doc's track record? We know everyone loves him. It's part of why he keeps getting jobs. But the reality is, since 2008, he's been a hindrance to teams winning. I don't know what it is but there's something about his coaching that when his team is up double digits they end up folding. It's sort of a mystery.
