Per source, Jaden Springer was strongly endorsed by Cs assistants with 76ers ties. Sam Cassell and player dev. coach Tyler Lashbrook both coached him in Philly.

I’m kind of excited for him; he’s got a great motor and we’ve seen him really get it going earlier in the year. His defense definitely plays.

76er’s fans fucking hate it and he’s coming off some of the best showings of his career. Really good get.

If he doesn’t learn to shoot he can be a Thybulle like player, which we have room for with all our other spacing.

If he does even a little bit we’re in the money and Sixers fans gonna be SO pissed

Could see them using him as a kinda anti-heat check guy. Like if we give up a big run throw him out there with Tillman and Al and White or Holiday to just lock up for a few minutes.

  4. Had a feeling Cassell had some input. I’m not familiar with Lashbrook though

Dude I’m so sold on him, and this isn’t even just because he’s ours now, I feel like I’ve been super impressed every time I’ve watched the kid play

  6. I hope he blows up for us A. Because it’s great for the team and B. It’ll be another crushing blow to the Sixers.

Hot take: Sam Cassell was more vital to Doc’s staff then Doc

Request for u/timi093 for Springer’s defensive highlights against step curry, aside from the usual Tatum gets blocked ones. ā˜ŗļø

Let’s go Sam and Tyler. Springer about to fix the shot and be on the come up.
