  1. If DAL didn’t have the extra $ to offer, I think he’d choose LAL but that extra $ is hard to pass up on.

He grew up a huge Laker/Kobe fan in LA and playing in his hometown would be hard to pass up on

Def Dallas we are just leverage to get him more

Would be a great buyout signing. A bit spotty on three point shooting and finishing at the rim but he can run the pick and roll off the bench.

And with Jaxson Hayes coming to life this might be even better

  4. I hope he signs with us

But he was spectating the Dallas game last night

Ain’t nobody to speak to on this situation except Spencer lol

Dallas for sure. Was at the game, behind their bench and there were pictures of him talking to Cuban last night.

He’ll pick Dallas so he can get more of that crypto

  8. ObviousTruth12

He’ll be coming off the bench in Dallas for sure. Kuz also be kicking rocks if Spence comes to the Lakers.

After last night Dinwiddie would be nice after watching Murray cook off the dribble. Dinwiddie can be that dude imo. Hell i’d lowkey start him and DLO. To those who scream defense. Dinwiddie is a better defender than Reaves. Reaves skillset is better for this team comin otb. I know everyone adores the Vando line up. But be real with yourself theres only so much Vando can cover up.

    DLO Spence Bron Rui AD
    Reaves Max Prince Hayes

I’d run that line up for sure Wood is okay but he kinda overblown. Hayes is the type of BIG this team needs not Wood who is a poor mans AD.

I think if the lakers give him more playing time and a better role to get a bigger contract next year I think they have a chance to get him. Spencer played best at the SG spot for Dallas playing off ball/ secondary ball handling duties.

The problem is that Dallas system is perfect for him and he knows that bc he’s been successful there. Also Dallas doesn’t really have a backup PG while we have Gabe coming back in a month or so.

less money for a worse team with higher expectations?

he’d be a fool to come to LA

  13. MediumShotBob

I’m expecting him to go to Dallas. We really need to win these next three games if we want him to join. He’s not going to want to join a floundering Lakers team.

No one of wants to come here to be a part of this mess.

  15. relivesa

Honestly? No thanks. Guy has pretty much always been an overrated inefficient chucker.

  16. SolubleAcrobat

Why would he want to come to this dumpster fire?

  17. flowermoon24

Mavs can give him 5.1 million i read somewhere and dallas really wants him back

If he was a true lakers fan and had intention of signing, he would’ve been at the Kobe statue ceremony 💯
