POSTGAME REACTION: Orlando Magic vs. Chicago Bulls, 2/10/24.

You catch your breath there after that one how about the atmosphere the environment how it was a playoff type feel how impressive was it to pull this out tonight uh super important when we’re struggling a little bit find our Rhythm and energy and um yeah I think it’s that speaks speaks

To our character to win this one in overtime and uh we need every fan tonight too yeah you certainly did it was a great atmosphere they pulled away got a 10-point lead in the second half what turned it around there in that fourth quarter FR finally got some stops

In a row like I said I thought we uh finally moved the ball a little bit more and found some Rhythm offensively um but yeah I think we grunning this one out I think defense was was the most important thing today oh it certainly was what changed defensively how were you able to

Get those key stops especially down the stretch and in overtime I think part of it was we we stopped throwing the ball away so much and um got them in the half court a little bit more and when we lock in and and do our stuff uh we’re pretty

Good defensively so uh we just got to keep keep doing that and and find more ways to to get there so was hard to score on this team in the paint but you did that you had step back threes tonight just tell us about your offensive barrage here ton yeah it was

Able to make some shots um and then you know they they they play a up to touch pick and roll so try to find to roll a little bit and just make the right play but always SS when you make some shots it sure does Cole Anthony and Jonathan

Isaac Cole came through got a nice double double and ji’s defense especially lately man so important um super happy for both of those guys and yeah today was one of those one of those games where we need everyone so um yeah big time all right tell everyone to play

The heck out of that song tonight come on guys play the song all right two points is two points allowing those two goals in the final 10 take away from Plenty of positives in the first 50 no not at all this is uh it’s hard to win in this league and um

When you can walk into a NHL building as a road team and come out with two points uh you take those and move on to the next game um you know you can pick aart any game you want but bottom line is we needed these points we got them and let’s move

On after the back to back in New York like what were the main things you were looking for tonight did you see most of those things uh I liked a lot of things we did tonight the um they’re that’s a good young team they’ve got you know

Young legs and um you give a chance in the rush they can uh they can get you so I think a little of that was concerning uh but you know we had as many shots tonight as I think we had in the two games combined um so I thought we you

Know did some things in the offense event I we liked you know the power play got going which was good the PK was pretty good till obviously that one in uh at the end uh and I really like the goalies game so keep all those things together we should be okay John

Defending five on five was something you said after last game that you wanted to see your team put more effort into play better did you see that tonight yeah and for the most part you know there were spurts where we were leaking oil a little uh but for the most part it was

It was a good team game like I said um you we gave him one you know Midway through the third there gave him a little life we take a tough you know penalty we probably shouldn’t have there and so they scor on that and all of a

Sudden you know this is the NHL good players on all teams and they can get you so um but Big Goal the end for for us to hold on and like I said vassie held it down and we were uh um you know when we needed help we good yeah thank

  1. How about this one? How did it feel to get smashed by the Miami heat the other night? And also, do you feel any type of way about you? Know being the tough guy against the Miami heat bench player who you happen to elbow in the face in Orlando the prior game versus the heat? Cuz like you were staring down the ref nd everybody after that. I mean come on bro. I get it. You got your big brother there.
