Who knew running with ur highest paid guys would be the way

Combined 99 points, give or take. Any team in the league is gonna be difficult to beat if their starters are doing that. This is a fantastic stretch, D’Lo especially is playing above expectations we’ve grown accustomed to.

Hope they keep it up when they start to face a very difficult stretch of opponents.

If this was the lineup used in the beginning of the season adding with 2nd 5 with Vincent, Christie, Vando, Prince and Wood without injuries. Man they would be on a Playoff spot, and then I remember the coach….

If Rui can bring his average up to around 15 with the same efficiency, this is a very scary lineup

Now I just want the rest of our roster to get healthy and make a push for a playoff spot. Fuck the play in.

I can’t believe prince was the reason it took 40 + games to go this obvious route, and i truly believe the only reason rui took prince spot is because literally prince starting trending on how much ham loved him and was way overusing him, and a lot of ppl fans were complaining everyday about prince starting over Vanderbilt it literally started getting ridiculous how Vanderbilt was way over playing him and still couldn’t take his spot 😂 front office had to step the fuck in and tell ham to bench his obsession prince for rui

This starting 5 is all looking for that extra pass is fun to see

There’s room for growth too. The more efficient Rui can be with his touches the better this lineup will look. It’s a nice wrinkle that they feed him early in the game but his post ups are so slow and predictable it stagnates the offense.

Coaches need to be in his ear about playing quicker, decisive and anticipating the help when the ball is in his hands.

DLO been cooking for like the past 20 games btw

    1. Lakers play better when AD is more of a cleanup around the glass, lobs, putbacks, play defense rather than force AD to ISO where he tends to settle for midrange stepbacks. I’ve noticed he’s not falling down as much as he used to. He used to fall down every other play.
    2. LeBron’s been playing more off-ball lately.
    3. D’Lo and Reaves have stepped up. Those two are capable of being 20 PPG scorers and have shown that they can do more than just catch-and-shoot.
    4. Rui has played well lately. He needs a consistent 25-30 minutes. Reddish likely has to drop out of the rotation if Vanderbilt is back.

It’s a shame the Lakers weren’t able to capitalize off of AD being healthy. This is the healthiest we’ve seen him since winning the title and he’s been dominant defensively. Rest of the guys gotta chip in and close out the 2nd half of the season like last year.

If Vando comes back fully healthy should he still start over Rui? I think opening with him trying to disrupt the opposing team’s best perimeter player and not get them going early is still ideal.

Rui does it all offensively so he can fit in anywhere. Really like him actually being played because he is dynamic

I know people will complain about the defensive side of the ball but I much rather have a great offense than a great defense. Buckets, especially nowadays, is how you win the game.

In a 7 game series, we can take the clippers or okc. Can we beat minnesota or denver?

  15. wow there have only been about 500 rui threads just this season. this sub could have coached this team to a better record

  16. EpicMusic13

PLEASE NEVER CHANGE IT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD

  17. bowlcutsrbad101

It’s good to see Rui more involved also and not just spotting up in the corner.

  18. brazyace43

Holy shit imagine we spent this year with correct lineups and rotations

  19. the-Lakers-fantasia

This is exactly the kind of Lakers we were looking for.
