Also Shams added: Now, Tucker and the Clippers are expected to move forward after the All-Star break with an openness to re-inserting him into the rotation as the franchise enters the stretch run of the regular season and into the playoffs.

I hate that this team would rather let a washed vet be worthless when they can let younger players get experience and thrive.

  4. prayers up for the mental health needs of a man who is going to make 11 million dollars playing basketball when he is 40 years old even if he doesn’t play basketball

He can’t guard quick guards so he can’t be starter to provide poa defense, he can’t play off the bench because Russ, plumlee and tucker is shit spacing. Only way I can see him playing if it’s situational matchups

It’d be nice to see how he does in limited minutes against lengthy and bigger teams. Decline is interesting to watch, he used to lead the league in corner 3s and now just… doesn’t shoot it unless ridiculously open and has 27% 3P this yr?. Seems like the team is still figuring out their best rotations— harden+Westbrook, small ball, Theis/plumlee, best pairings of the four HOFs, etc. Would be exciting if Tye can figure it out

Hope he is going to a shooting and conditioning coach.

could they inject him with steroids and PPOs for this stretch run? juice the hell out of him…..for one last dance.

If PJ can start knocking that corner 3 like he use too and play with that grittiness he had, he would be a good 8-10min rotation player.

Can anyone explain to me why he flat out refuses to shoot the ball? It’s obviously the reason he’s out of the rotation and that Philly wanted to dump him but what I can’t understand is what the reason behind it is?

Team is giving me so many headaches recently

PJ has never been the same shooting since he got a damaged nerve in his arm while playing for the rockets. I think it was the first time in seasons he actually missed a game. I bet he still has trouble shooting from this.

If he can make 1-2 a game and be a defensive leader in certain matchups and minutes, I’d love to see this guy play again. But he definitely needs to understand how limited those matchups and minutes may be

  13. I’m open to seeing PJ getting limited minutes in certain situations/vs some opponents. But don’t want a Mook 2.0 where he was starting every day and getting heavy run
