Fuckin of course he is lol he’s 40, we’ve got AD, his kids live here, it’s the Lakers.

Oh and he’s got 50 million other reasons to stay too.

Bronny isn’t going in the first round with the way he’s playing. Hopefully he stays another year at USC

  3. FlatBirthday333

Whatever happens I (for the most part) enjoyed his tenure as a Laker

Hypothetically speaking could Lebron, if he wanted to, play for free? Hes a billionaire so doesnt *need* the money so if it’s his last chance at winning a title, is there any rule against it lol

Edit: imagine downvoting a genuine hypothetical question

the galaxy brained move is bron signs for the min

Things change money isn’t everything, GS is a very interesting opportunity or even the Clippers from a legacy standpoint. I think lbj wants to be here but hes not going to be mediocre, rob and jeanie really need to show and really go all in this summer

My hope is he retires a Laker after leading us to yet another title next year ending his tenure winning three rings with us

I hope he signs an extension to piss off the radical Kobe Stans that have hated him since day one.

To those thinking he will not take the money. We will give him the money because we’re the Lakers and that’s what we do. That’s why superstars trust to come here in free agency. That’s what we did for Kobe. It’s optics.

I know that im going to get downvoted to hell for this because this is the Lakers sub but, if he really wants to have a shot at winning another ring, he needs to sign somewhere else. This FO has proved time and time again that they’re not competent enough to build a championship caliber roster around him and AD. Plus our coaching staff is pretty lackluster.

And even if we go all in and try to trade for a star in the offseason, our 3 picks plus Rui/AR/Whoevermakesthemoneywork is going to get outbid REALLY easily.

If he stays in LA, then it’s for the city, the money and it’d mean that he’s not trying to win rings anymore.

  12. I think with a year or two of development Bronny could be a solid NBA role player.

Reminder to everyone that we don’t truly know what’s happening inside. This is all smokes and mirrors. This article could be propaganda. That Pingalore tweet surely did not come out of nowhere. Something happened.

LeBron winning one more in LA would be soooo massive

  15. behappysometimes

Wouldn’t you know, common sense prevails. It’s honestly unbelievable how many people on this sub have mentioned trading him as if it were ever in the realm of possibility.

Lakers gonna need another star on the team. Can’t be expecting Bron at 40+ to play 35 minutes per game carrying the load.

Someone like Donovan Mitchell would be nice on the Lakers.

I think Bron knows the only way Bronny gets into the NBA is by not declaring for the draft and just getting signed outright. He doesn’t have NBA potential right now and it’s pretty obvious any team drafting him would just be doing it so they could sell tickets and/or try to lure LeBron into signing with them which is a total dick move.

  17. JournalistKey4544

Idk why people thought he would easily leave in the first place

  18. Lol, you gotta love the lebron stans. A week ago they were like “Lebrons gone, we out”, now they want lebron to sign an extension with a “poverty franchise”.

You guys are funny as fuck.
