WE DID IT!!! WE DIDN’T LOSE EVERY GAME THIS MONTH!!!
GG
Fuck jenkins for not letting gg get a double double tho
We won a game to snap our 9-game losing streak, GG looked great, Z had a highlight reel dunk, AND we didn’t get swept by Brooks!? Pretty darn good night I’d say

Of course GG and Vince are steals, but these 10 day guys are trying so fucking hard. Love it!
Shoutout to Jaren for stepping up big time in the 4th after struggling for the first 3 quarters
I really hope we hold on to Kennard, his ability to just come in and hit 2 or 3 bombs out of almost nothing is so impactful, also he’s gotten a bit better on D this season
Vince and GG are combined like 1/5 of Dillon’s contract per year.
Yeah Houston can keep him lmfao
Damn it’s great watching DB on a different team. Love the guy, hate his shooting lol
Dillon was with us tonight
Also I’ve seen enough, Stevens is more useful to us next year than Z or Jake. No offense meant to them, but he just knows how to play and be active in a way they haven’t shown.
Was worried we were going to chuck up half our shots as 3s but we didn’t. If we have 80ish shots 35 threes is still a bit high for my liking but not terrible if we hit them at a good enough clip like we did today
Lamar stevens might be a baller
#Grizzlies win downvote party is baaaaack
We won!!!
Dillon brooks classic clutch 4th!
lol 4-15 for Dillon. That sounds about right
Lamar Stevens
Absolute vintage Chad performance of 4-15 and 1-8 from 3 the only one made in garbage time
GG was one rebound away from being the youngest ever with 20 and 10 off the bench!

Got the streamers! We CAN win at home 🐻
I was beginning to forget how this feels

Why gg just play 1 minute in 4th ?
Now Stevens is probably gonna stick around, what’s his nickname
GG gonna have an insane dunk on someone soon
I’ve seen enough. Replace Jake & Zaire with Lamar & Jordan. Please.
Also, it is absolutely amazing seeing Vince and GG evolve into true two way players!
Vince’s journey has obviously been longer, but it’s great seeing our young guys literally develop and develop well right in front of our eyes!
**Some postgame thoughts…**
**• Dillon Brooks came home to clarify why the trade was the right move…**
4–15 from the the floor tonight, including 1–8 from three. AND he was guarding Trip most of the night and JJJ put a dagger right between his eyes with about 3 and a half minutes left, which was really the moment the game got out of reach of the Rockets.
I always liked Dillon. He always gave 100%. I wish him well in Houston. But unless he’s in a Grizzlies uniform, **he gets zero love from me until the final buzzer sounds**.
**• Despite having fewer points, V-Nice proved why he’s an upgrade on Dillon…**
Dillon had 16 and Vince had 12. But Vince also 8 boards (*Dillon had 10*) and 7 assists. Dillon did many things for the Grizzlies but being a triple-double threat? Not so much. And because they’re both defensive specialists, V-Nice had 3 steals —*including a key one at the end*— and a block. Dillon had 2 steals and no blocks.
**• D’awwwww! GiGi!!**
Did you see GG when he was getting his hand attended to?! DID YOU SEE HIM! Name another rookie who can shoot threes, take people off the dribble, play D ***AND*** be adorable. You can’t.
**• RIP Santi’s jumpshot…**
Did I just imagine Santi was a good three point shooter? It feels like maybe it was just a dream. He’s not been playing well this season and I’d hoped he would make a dramatic leap over last season. His numbers have been better than last season in most categories but only marginally. That’s disappointing. I think that the FO is targeting a center in the draft but Santi’s *marginal* growth is why the case for the Grizzlies to draft [Matas Buzelis](https://youtu.be/Xwvpn5OHbAQ?si=0e0lpQgW5MIUCl9r) continues to persist.
**• These guys on tendays sure do seem to want a spot…**
Making it in the NBA is hard. You leave college (*or, in some cases, high school*) for the draft. maybe you get picked up, maybe not. Overseas leagues seem like an option but you’re living in some other country away from your family and not making the kind of money you would here… and one day an NBA gives you a chance. These guys really do bust their asses to try and make someone’s roster and I really love seeing them come and ball out.
I don’t know if the Grizzlies will be the team to give them permanent spots (*I highly doubt it*) but I love that they’re getting the chance here because they’re playing well and giving fans something to be excited about in a season where so many players you want to see are not in uniform.
**• I really wish DRose wasn’t hurt all the goddamned time…**
It just really makes a difference when you have a point guard who has speed, can take people off the dribble, has talent and knows how to run an offense. He’s not Ja but he’s the most Ja-like player on the team, which means the offense can run a little bit more like what we’re used to when he’s in. It’s a shame that he can only play 1 out of every 3 games or so…
**• I’m salty that GG didn’t get a double double…**
He was just one rebound away. I feel like he should have gotten additional minutes; not specifically so he could have gotten a double double but simply because he played well tonight. Not just on the offensive end but he played good defense tonight, too. 3 blocks? AND HE’S ADORABLE??
🔨. 🔩. ⚰️ 💯💯💯
Enjoyed watching tonight’s episode of competitive free throw shooting. Woof some parts of that game were rough.
Great grit by the team to retake the lead. A few others have said it but man I’m impressed and hella respect these 10 day/two way guys. They are straight hustlin. Lamar looks great so far. Goodwin contributed immediately. Love to see it
Wish Yuta would get some minutes :/
