Jalen Green is not a starting caliber player and its not fair to the rest of the team for him to continue to start. As soon as Tari comes back he should get it. We always had some nice success with the Fred/Dillon/Tari/Jabari/Sengun lineups

Ime should stop shifting the blame on the players. This is not a sign of a good culture. A good coach blames the players when it is time and when they are veterans who need to wake up.
When it is a bunch of 21-22 year olds, he needs to publicly take the blame and give them hell behind the closed doors.
This guy has been blaming the losses on “poor energy, low effort” etc which is bullshit. First put the players in a position to succeed, if they don’t then make adjustments.
It is not Sengun’s fault when he is double teamed and there is no activity. Hell, have them put screens off ball and get someone to shoot a mid range. Bari should get better opportunities for shooting. We have explosive guys who can run the floor but our fastbreaks suck ass.
Jalen showed just a week or two ago that he definitely has the talent. At some point responsibility for consistency has to be shared with the coaching staff.

Our starting 5 shot 3/22 from the 3pt line. This is the reason why we have low energy. At this point we are a terrible road team and the players know it. So they are defeated mentally before we even get started.
We had half a season seeing the issues but we did nothing at the trade deadline. So I am curious why we are angry. We accepted to be like this. Jalen is a bad shooter. Jabari is not bad but very inconsistent. Sengun can pop 1 three each game but not enough.
We are not 04 pistons. Defense cannot carry this pathetic offense.
