I hope this is a good pickup, I’m excited

Saw a lot of people earlier hyping him up and shitting on Bobby and didn’t understand why lol. Not a bad signing, maybe Doc can get the best out of him like in the past but he will not come anywhere close to being better than BP. Needed some bench scoring options.

Hope this doesn’t limit AJ Green

  3. I already feel like he’s gonna go fucking nuts from three and crack the rotation

Gives a different look and is capable of playing the small ball 5 or sliding to the 4 next to a Brook-Giannis during the regular season.
Can’t ask for more from a buyout guy tbh

    #I’M SO FUCKIN’ WHELMED.

Edit: I’m willing to be optimistic about this move, but does this put us back above the second apron (ignoring unlikely bonuses)?

Someone explain to me what this means for us. Haven’t followed him at all.

  7. I remember him coming off the bench in the Hawks series in 2021 and draining enough 3s to annoy me as a Bucks fan.

That’s about all I know about him.

Phew I was worried we’d sign somebody who won’t retire at the end of the year, good to see that won’t be a problem

I think he’s washed on defense. But he’ll fit right in then. His value is floor spacing and ability to hit clutch 3s. Could be useful with certain matchups.

Hope somehow this will force Doc to cut PC’s minutes cause he’s logging a lot more minutes than can be justified

Jingles mk 2 vibes from this. Bit of a nothing pick up.

Appreciate the moves. Need more people that can shoot.

I never liked the Spanish (mirotic) especially giving up assets.

I’ve always liked the Italians, especially free ones. Give this man some Rocky Roccoco

Does this effect the 2nd apron thing for next year??

  16. BPicks69

How bad would Bobby and Gallo work together? See this as Bobby insurance honestly.

  17. Beethoven29

We definitely need backup bigs. Bobby has been inconsistent throughout the season

We really got Gallinari?? Holy crap! He’s a 6’10” SF so at least we aren’t undersized at SF anymore! He also shoots the 3ball as good as Bobby but looks to pass first none of that iso ball BS Bobby does.

I thought about getting him earlier in the year. He looked a little washed but shooting is a skill for life and he has it. Was a Knick fan when he was drafted and I’ve followed his career. Definitely probably washed so I expect a poor mans Ingles. High upside pickup though.

Another old washed guy to save doc from accidentally playing someone under 30. Thank god!

  21. TechnicalSample4678

out of all the guys that were going to be available he’s definitely the best option

  22. sinjaulas

I like it. Chonky body who can shoot it. Should make smart plays.

  23. grudgepacker

Gallo may well be washed but this is as “safe” a signing gets…and if he’s actually “completely healed” after 2 years of injury, dude was solid in Atlanta so it will be interesting to see how he looks going forward

  24. TraySplash21

If healthy he is more worthy of that 10th rotation spot than Lopez. Stretches the floor better and is more versatile. Probably best at the 4 now but in a pinch he could go 3 or 5.

  25. Tinytimmytimtim

He’s almost as old as Brook and is a worse defender than Bobby. This team needed youth and defense, not age and stand still shooting.
