Yo what’s going on guys this Houston sports back another video to the Charlotte Hornets are trading for Grant Williams and Seth Curry in a 2027 first round pick the big highlight in this deal is that the Dallas Mavericks are acquiring PJ Washington but I wanted to go over this deal for the Charlotte

Hornets they’re getting Grant Williams Seth Curry step’s brother and they’re also getting a 2027 first round pick which is slight protected um I would love to see Seth Curry get cut or w and see him be picked up by the Golden State Warriors and see him and his brother

Play together um I think with the w with how young of a hornet how young the Hornets are as a roster I think there’s a decent chance you could see Seth Curry join the bout market and I think everybody would love to see Seth and Steph play together so I’m rooting for

That to happen but I like the Grant Williams Edition for this Hornets team he’s had his you know bad moments this season but he’s also have his he’s had some good moments this season 47 games uh with 33 starts averaging 26 minutes per game with 8.1 points per game 3.6

Rebounds per game uh from three he’s shooting pretty decent from three at 37 or no actually pretty good with 3 near 38% at 37.6 it’s still little bit you know not as good as it’s been the last two seasons 40% last year Boston year before 2122 with Boston 41.1% but as

Attempts have also gone up um at 4.5 this season 3.7 in the 22 23 season and 3.4 in the 2122 Seasons those attempts have also gone up so that’s going to play Factor when you’re when you’re taking more threes than you have been you know in the past and um I like this

Trade for both teams I think obviously with the Mavericks being the team that is in more contention I think this trade benefits them a little bit more Grant Williams has had his M made his mistake and I think PJ Washington will ultimately be a really good addition
