Along just was slowly going down slowly going down in the fourth quarter it just went on a precipitous uh plummet and and it just ended up not feeling good man but uh what in your opinion what specifically do you think is going on with the Warriors resulting in them

Giving up 137 points tonight and these late game collapses it’s happening way too often I have a damn good idea why but what’s your opinion on it all I can think of really I maybe it sounds too simple to say this but I I think there’s

13 of 22 from the field seven of 13 from deep I mean clay looked like the like he just like I said he just couldn’t miss I mean every time he he shot the ball the ball out of his hand you knew it was

Going toit go go in the rim go go in the basket you know I mean absolutely and I I had I hadn’t seen good splashes with him like that in several years you know this is the third game in a row uh where Jonathan Kinga did not finish the game

Uh it didn’t seem like a big big deal two games ago when they were also in Utah because Kenny ainson his strategy in terms of rotations was giving everyone minutes it was incredibly balanced uh you know kaminga had 27 minutes in that game and so you know it

Was it didn’t seem like a big deal um he didn’t finish in the Clippers game that really stuck out to me I know it was at the very end but that’s not a good message it’s certainly not a confidence building message to send to a young 21-year-old who has cemented himself as

The second best player on this team and when I say second best I’m putting the whole package together athleticism defense efficien uh in terms of scoring on offense even his three-point shooting has improved he’s not turning the ball over often I know he had a a bad turnover late in tonight’s game but

Everyone was having ugly turnovers in this game he had two total finishes the game tonight on with 13 points on five of six shooting that is efficient yet he gets pulled at the end of the game and he gets replaced with Brandon psky a player who uh is four to five inches

Shorter who’s smaller and I you know I don’t get those kinds of decisions but Ryan ultimately to me what it’s coming down to here is the reason why this team is flailing in the second half and late games is because in the first half Kerr is going with this strategy of

Staggering uh Klay Thompson and Wiggins you are not seeing those two players on the floor together I started noticing and highlighting this on this program about a month month and a half ago that I don’t think a recipe for success with this Warriors team is playing those two

Together on the floor it’s got to be either or I can live with Wiggins playing I can live with Clay playing I think a lot of it depends on matchups and the opponent but to have both of them on the floor together that’s two fifths of of your lineup that often

Times is flailing defensively I know people a lot of people out there think Wiggins has recaptured the magic um but you know I don’t see it and again this is where I disagree with a lot of people I think his defense you could say it’s good it’s not great and and Wiggins had

An awful costly foul at about the 135 Mark of this game in the fourth quarter um where he committed that foul that that that brought Utah I think to within two or three and and the point is it’s not working when those two play together

On the floor yet KR goes to this same tired has been past their Prime uh a lineup where he still is relying on that Championship force him the only player he’s not putting out there anymore is kabon Looney but it’s it’s this at the end of games he just can’t help himself
