So "u" is common way of expressing surprise/disbelief in playful manner, so nothing new there. "mamu" is accusative / objective grammatical case in serbian language of word "mama" which , as you can already guess, means "mom". "Tebi/Ti" is genitive / possessive case of word "ti", which in english is object pronoun "you", so therefore "your". And at last, "jebem" is present tense of the verb "jebati", which could be translated nicely as "I'm having a sexual intercourse with", but that's too boring of course so pick one of the following: "plow*ng", "bon*ng" or "bang*ng". So yeah, basically, he wants Joker to start calling him "Stepdaddy". You're welcome.😂
