None of this is very surprising.
Nuggets – Defending NBA champs.
T-wolves – 1 seed in the west.
Suns – Addition of Durant/Beal and games can be watched by all.
Magic – reigning ROTY and currently 8 seed in the East with a young and optimistic core.
Spurs – Wemby bump

I imagine Suns and Spurs viewrship increase is due to Kevin Durant and Wemby being added to each roster in the last year. As for the other teams here I would assume because they’re winning more. Nuggets winning a championship probably draws a lot of attention and Twolves going from play in team to 1 seed and Magic moving up to playoff contention drawing a bit of attention.
