This is what happens when the hardest working guy at your company is asked to take a back seat. You have two foreigners trying to get things organized, a guy thats been with the company for 3 plus years and has yet to get a promotion, a 39 yrs old senior thats been with the company for 21 years, its been so long that he just wants to leave work on time and a guy that hasn't been productive ever since he changed departments with him. And that is why, the West lost.
