There’s a real lack of creativity in dunks today. Like these guys are uber athletes and we see better dunks from guys in high school/college now. Sure the dunk contest hasn’t been truly good since Torontos 2016 ASG but there’s no reason for it to be this bad.

I remember I was in my last year of high school watching this live with my mates and we were going absolutly bonkers as he unleashed each masterful dunk. A top three most iconic sports memory from my childhood.

This was Vince’s coming out party IMO. I know he won ROTY the season before, but this was his first all star nod and the dunk contest was really when everyone else saw how exciting he was.

When i win an argument or do something exceptional at work, i still use the tight across the chest hand wave. “Its over” . That made me a raps fan. Id been to a few grizzlies games and had just moved back to Toronto.
