I mean I don’t think it’s clear cut but for the lore really hope he gets it.
I also can’t help but feel like our players scoring stats might seem underwhelming compared to other guys but it’s largely in part due to how slow we play on both ends.
Our teams is almost on a island by itself for pace of play compared to the rest of the league. No doubt in my mind if a player like ANT or Naz was on a faster paced team you could add like 3-5ppg onto their averages.

I’d delete the “Ringer Top 100” row to increase the validity and trustworthiness of the graphic

I feel like generally ppg is a heavily weighted statistic for this award. You have to go back to 2001 to get a player averaging less ppg than NAZ right now who won 6moty. Also side note. A Clipper player has won 5 out of the last 10 of these awards.

I bet Hardaway will get it. 6moy of the year voting is the most uncreative candidates of any award. People just look at PPG.
Compare Sabonis’ numbers in 2019 to Lou Williams, or Clarkson’s numbers in 2021 compared to Joe Ingles.
