A good coach in this league would wave the white flag on shooting threes when it's a shit show and tell the team to get in the paint and to the free throw line. Billups, is fine with them shooting threes even though it was obvious, they were not going to fall. For a guy that played in the league and is up for the hall of fame, he has no clue as a coach but when the owner doesn't care and the GM has no clue either, nothing will change until it does at the top.
