[Wojnarowski] The Memphis Grizzlies are signing F Matthew Hurt on a second 10-day contract, Kevin Bradbury of @LIFTSPORTSMNGMT tells ESPN. Hurt is averaging 21.8 points and 7.3 rebounds for the Grizzlies’ G League affiliate.

Guy has negative athleticism but looked decent so I’m not completely against this

He reminds me of Doncic physically: like, Luka looks like he shouldn’t be able to keep up with everyone else on the court, like he’s just someone’s tall cousin who they needed to fill out a 5-on-5. Hurt has that look about him.
I love that three, though. He could miss every single one from here on out and I’ll fully expect him to splash the next one because he made his first two. I’ll never disbelieve.
Still believe JJJ (and eventually Bane + Morant) surrounded by three-point shooters and secondary rim protectors is the peak idea of this team and Hurt fits within that
