Yankees and Patriots were 2&5 for most of the late 2000s-mid 2010s (old top 5 was Cowboys, Yankees, Madrid, Man U and Pats) and i dont think the knicks (really Madison Square Garden itself) have ever been more highly valued than the Yankees, cool to see 3 boston teams in the top 25 tho.

As a foreigner I can say: American markets are absolutely cracked, there are teams above certain Premiere League and La Liga teams, basically everybody in Europe or SA knows, which nobody has ever heard of in non-North America.
Looks like the NFL has a huge grip on whatever value they use as a source.

Nah because they aren’t franchises. You can get relegated and drop to the 2nd division league that has a worse broadcasting deal and worse money overall. Whereas in the NFL your guaranteed your cut of the revenue no matter how bad you are. It’s a safer investment
