Go back and rewatch the entire final quarter of Game 5 if you want some pain by seeing how close it was to going back home to Game 6 in Miami. Every possible thing that could have gone wrong did go wrong.

Shoulda coulda got 2 games at least imo but that bastard Josh hart hampered Jimmy. If you remember Jimmy had no explosion or lift that series after pretty much playing one and half series with a swollen ankle that just never got enough time to heal. This post ASG break Jimmy is night and day from the how he was in the finals, we just gotta hope he and are main cogs are healthy.
I’m confident a few role players can fill in for each other but we know how important Jimmy/Bam is. You can even argue Bam being THE most if and only if JJJ replicates his dad’s production when he’s out (which he’s proven he can) but no one on the team can replicate Bam’s point 5, defend/switch 1-5, rim protect AND score 20+ AND grab 11 rebounds. Then you have Duncan and his explosive shooting + gravity, Herro/Rozier with their shot making. We have enough but it would be nice if our top guys were healthy for once for a whole playoff run or at least majority of it.

Was there for this. So stressful watching them carve the lead away late in the 4th & that near miss on the Murray game tying 3 😵💫 so satisfying hearing the crowd completely deflate at the end though

Denver were so good last year. They were so damn clutch in every game. Well deserving of eventual champs. Just proving that size and athletism is super important in today’s game
