Anyone remember the clip of Patty Mills doing a Taco Bell promo downtown?

I remember a funny clip where Patty Mills was going around Portland in full blazers gear as a man on the streets segment, interviewing people about Taco Bell and the Blazers, then Wes Matthews candidly drives by and asks what he is doing.

I can’t seem to find it anywhere, so wanted to ask yall if anyone has the clip or even remembers it? Googling it has yielded Taco Bell ads or random podcasts, not the video clip
