Woot, now play him lol. Give him all of Brown’s minutes lol

Odd that they haven’t been playing him at all with the main team if they were planning on converting him. We all saw how much Banton crushed it in the 905 as well to never really perform in the NBA, seems like an odd decision to me.

Was there some kind of time pressure to make this decision I’m not aware of? And if so, why did they not test him out with the main squad?

  3. Is it possible they are giving Bruce’s minutes to him? I mean… Bruce has been terrible and is actively hurting his own stock.

Is marquee nowell ever going to see the NBA? I want him to succeed so bad.

This “multi-year deal” probably has little, if any money guaranteed for next season. Likely it will depend on whether he makes the team out of training camp next season. The Raptors have done this with a few players in the past (Yuta, Banton I believe).

With how they’ve treated players outside of the rotation, the past few yearsI really hope they talk to Darko about this.

Great fucking move! Really like JFLs game, let’s finally get him some run 😤

I’d like to see DJ Carton given more chances too! He’s averaging 30+ in g league this year. He made the most of the few minutes they gave him, 3 pts (and 1) and rebound and steal I think? Dude is fast and young but has a lot of experience on the floor.

Bad time for a ten-day contract when they wanted the 3-wins and then tried to beat Dallas too so they didn’t play any chance players!

Our roster now has 7 shooting guards by my count…

My buddy played with him at Valparaiso. Apparently he’s a super great guy!

  12. JFLs been ballin, happy for him…kinda makes me wonder what’s up with Carton, he looks really promising too.

We have an obsession over quick guards now. Lets go!

Incredible news. I’ve seen a lot of prospects come and go on the Raptors and there’s something about JFL that sets him apart in my opinion. He simplifies the game, plays extremely hard, doesn’t need to do too much. 10/10 signing.
