that 2021 season was definitely our best chance for a back go back but that short turnaround time screwed us. injuries, questionable hires, and asset mismanagement since then have pretty much sealed our window for another run with lebron and AD sadly.
just gonna ride it out as a fan and enjoy lebron while he’s still playing and continuing to break records. still hoping maybe we can get gabe and vando back in time for a little postseason run and get in that 6th – 7th seed sweet-spot. who knows? trying to stay optimistic for now

Playoffs will be the only thing remembered. If we got out in the first round then it’s a bloodbath. We make a run again then it’s all good

I was watching 2020-2021 season highlight. It reminded me how stacked that roster was. LBJ, AD, Kuzma, KCP, Caruso, Schroder, Gasol, Harrell, Wesley, THT was still nice back then, Kieff was washed but still serviceable.. then they added Benny Mac and Drummond the man we criticized back then for underperforming but dying this season to trade for him lol. Imo that was a real championship team. Injuries ruined that team, if they stayed healthy Im sure they wouldve won the chip. They were beating Phoenix that series then AD got injured

i love lebron but he made his own bed
