[Carlin] Robert Covington is continuing to move forward and the hope is that he’ll be beginning on-court activities in the next 7-10 days. He’ll be re-evaluated in a week. De’Anthony Melton will be re-evaluated in 2 weeks with the lumbar spine bone stress. #Sixers

Feel terrible for melton missing all this time in a contract year
Nightmare season for both these two in contract years
Damn.
I was truly expecting roco to be done, happy that *might* not be the case.
Feels like Melt is on the same path. He played barely 3 quarters right?
“Always forward, never backward! Always upwards, never sideways! And always limping, limping towards victory””
so no embiid update even though they had said they’d have one today?
Season from hell
No chance Melton is back in any meaningful capactiy this season.
Feels like we’re the most injured team in the league
That Melton injury is going to hurt in the playoffs if he doesnt come back. He is such an underrated part of the team with his defense and shooting
Im curious whether this melton injury is a herniation or specifically with the bone. It seems they’re trying as much conservative treatment as possibly but wonder if he’s looking at back surgery this offseason

Does anyone know Meltons issue. WTF is lumbar spine bone stress? I know lumbar spine issues. (See pic)
