Exum have very good chemistry with Luka. When I see them playing together it looks like luka has a lot of trust in him. When I see them playing together it looks like luka has a lot of trust in him. He plays very smart and knows when to shoot and when to pass….and has a similar understanding of actions to Luka.

For the contract he’s got, he’s def a solid piece for the Mavs. 3mil this year, 3.1 next year. I also thought Derrick Jones Jr is a solid backup forward for the vet minimum. You cant build a team with all max contracts, so good to have them both… just gotta keep Exum healthy.

Exum is going to get more minutes every game going forward,which he should.
He’s not fragile ,he was unlucky . Those who think he has to play limited minutes are the same ones that didnt want to play him at the start of the season. He has more than shown he can play without restrictions in the Euros, Olympics, and FIBA world championships . He’s playing because his play helps the Mavs win .

He should be the starter, or at the very least first off the bench instead of THJ.
People have to stop acting like we should save him for playoffs. We should be trying to get out of the play-in, and stay out of the 9/10 spot for sure.
Also, let’s not connect these injuries to the rest of his career. He’s had a foot injury and knee bursitis, which needed rest. The reason they already held him out so long was to make damn sure the bursitis was healed. No need to baby him at this point.
