Getting a healthy vando back would be huge in the playoffs. Gabe would be icing. But i have a feeling Ham wont know what to do with the guard rotation once cam and gabe is back.
Yeah honestly the more options ham has, the less I’m confident he’s going to make some sound decisions. I know people are a bit meh on Spencer d, but the way there using him is not to his strengths. Using him as an off ball shooter instead of running point and taking control of a unit by driving and pick and roll. He’s put in his best effort to try to fit in the team so that’s a nice sign.
Love to see our players back, but no faith in ham to make the correct adjustments to the rotation.
If gabe is somewhat healthy and plays like hes shown just defensively, then that’s a huge boost. Healthy Vincent fixes one of our biggest weaknesses, which is poa defense against elite guards.
The only version of this team that makes a run in the playoffs has to be defense first. Vando and Gabe playing at a high level would be so so massive and fill the massive holes we have guarding the other team

Gotta admit, the idea of trying to integrate a player who hasn’t played all year in the last couple weeks of the season while the standings are so tight makes me nervous. Specifically his shooting, he’s gotta be out of rhythm after not playing so long. Of course, there’s also the concerns he hasn’t been developing on-court chemistry. Plus there’s a lot of guards now, rotations gonna be a puzzle to figure out with Dinwiddie on the team and playing decently well idk if I trust Ham to solve it quick enough.
Vando is more exciting, since we already know exactly how he fits into the team.
