We were close until Denver decided they were going to win smh. Every game against them feels like an uphill journey

  2. shorttttt

Season swept by the Nuggets, Wolves, Thunder, Clippers, Suns and Celtics. That’s all the contenders right there and we barely put a scratch on any of them! Last season’s regular season was horrible but at least we would get meaningful gritty wins here and there, we can’t even do that anymore.

Any sensible front office would retool the team completely after a tough finals loss and build a roster with the sole purpose of defeating the nuggets, not ours tho! Let’s run it back instead and have a repeat of the 2021 season. They just don’t learn.

Amazing game from Bam, great to see that. Defense was atrocious in the 4th and so was Jimmy. Getting cooked by Reggie fucking Jackson in 2024 is unacceptable. Garbage effort in the fourth, team is a mess.

  4. heatquest

The team I love doesn’t love me back. 😭

  5. _hiroprotoganist

Caleb Martin getting “too small”ed by Brown is the low point of the season

  6. SnooPeripherals4884

Damn, starting to think we are worse than last year

I know why Spo chooses to play this way, but we can’t beat Denver by playing in the mud. Being physical is hard because they’re bigger than us, they have better shot making, and are completely happy to play slow and in the mud. Play frantically, don’t let them get comfortable, jack up shots. 21 threes is just not enough

🙁 nothing good to say , better say nothing

    Nuggets front court: 6’10, 6’8 and 7’0

    Miami’s front court: 6’7, 6’5 and 6’8

Butler MIA in the clutch for the 5th straight game. He’s been horrible

This team is in a bad spot, we can not score at all. We are losing in the first round easily playing like this

Now in the 8th seed. We are not catching the Magic

  11. We have to work too hard for points without Herro

  12. Maybe it’s time for weekly film sessions…

  13. HoldR2ForLongerLife

Can there be a game where Bam and Jimmy both play well. They’ve been taking turns on who sells the team lol.

Jimmy got outplayed by Braun in the money quarter and zapped every momentum we had in the 3rd.

MPJ: “Did you see the shots I was getting? Wide open 3s.”

    😭

  15. SudTheThug

we haven’t beat a contender this year

the jimmy era might be over, atleast last year we were good in the 4th and had statement games

this era will be remembered as “what if we went all in”, pat riley bet this whole era of jimmy playing on herro taking a leap and never looked to upgrade , and don’t even mention dame this stemmed way before him. Year after year we had a chance to upgrade and the biggest move we made was getting kevin love on a buyout.

  16. Mugiwara_JTres3

Lmao they ran the same play 4 times in a row and we could not respond. Embarrassing.

  17. GiveMeShadePls

Looking forward to the imminent “we need a backup center”-post despite Love, Jovic, and one of ORob/TB being perfectly decent in the role since the break

Guess what?! Its Bam and Jimmy playing shitty not the role players or backups

  18. NOTUgglaGOAT

Fuck a play in. We might not make the playoffs at this rate.

  19. masterace01

Look man, I love Spo, but at what point do we admit our offensive plan ain’t working several years in, and we shouldn’t be this bad after getting Rozier and having 4 20-point scorers?

Like, I wouldn’t be surprised if we lead the league in shot-clock violations. This shit hasn’t been working for forever.

  20. Tyler Herro: 0 pts/0 reb/ 0 ast.

I dont care but this loss is on him!!

    /s

  21. baymax18

I’d feel better about this loss if we beat the Wizards smh. That said, 35-30 isn’t great, but it feels like we’ve played worse

  22. HerroicDunc

That line up of Butler, Bam, Rozier, Jaime and Caleb is so atrocious and often what Spo goes with at crunch time. certainly no spacing, which leads to opposing team packing up the paint, so if the midrange is a brick, they have to fight hard for the orev, and then when the other team misses, they can’t rebound either

  23. OrganisMmMm

Game was over with that initial 4th quarter lineup. Might be Spo’s worst season of lineups I’ve ever seen from him.

Also, Jimmy Butler coasting is starting to become so frustrating to watch….however I’ll forgive him if he decides to flip the switch again in the playoffs. Annoying that this team might become a play-in team again.

  24. We gotta have the conversation that it might be over. A fun run no doubt but it’s very clearly over

  25. rdhfaulk88

Not sure what makes me more frustrated, Butler getting into the lane and passing out, wasting a possession; or him repeatedly missing jumpers that nba players should be making. Burnt garbage.

  26. DevJames25

This team is like 27th in offensive ratings in back to back years, but this front office and some in the fanbase scoff at the idea of adding players like Beal smh

  27. thatgeneralguy

I knew we would get the lead in the 3rd.

I knew we would be down 10 with 2-3 mins to play.

This is a bad television show at this stage. Predictable cringe writing.

  28. Studio_Nugget

I was hopeful after the momentum we had post all-star break but we are COOKED. We’re not playing like we have the 3rd easiest schedule.
