If the team were serious in some of those losses especially those tricked off games, today’s game wouldn’t have mattered as much without our 2 most important players. We deserve to be where we are at.
Top 6 is pretty much a lock. We just got to aim as high as possible in the play-in spots and take it from there hopefully.
Any reason for optimistic feelings with this team?
This teams offense without Steph is terrible
Podz on Luka was a mistake.
If Klay and Wiggins showed up today… JK did everything he could to keep them in the game. No one else could contribute offensively
subbing out starters when there was 5mins left to play for a 10point game confuses me, we could’ve went to OT
Those games we lost from Chicago and San Antonio starting to haunt us
it’s over, we finishing as the 10-Seed lmao
Wiggins locked down Luka tonight 38% fg
even if shots weren’t hitting why did we just give up…we were’t even down by anything crazy
Boring team without Steph
no fouls for a whole quarter refs gotta be less obvious
not trying to dunk on Podz, I love the kid and I recognize how great he’s been for us, especially for a rookie. Also I know why he needed to play a lot today
but I will say, if Kerr was supposedly limiting JK’s minutes (who seems to have the highest ceiling) and giving him a short lease to help his long-term development, he might want to consider doing the same once in a while for Podz. still +/- leader so shouldn’t cut down too much but if that’s Kerr’s idea of developing, then the same thing should probably apply to Podz. You make too many mistakes in a row, playing hero ball, you get yanked, at least for a bit.
If the idea is that playing a young guy 30+ minutes a night no matter his performance can actually hurt development, like he was seemingly saying about Kuminga (and like has been argued here), who’s the closest we have to a second option now, then don’t know why the same wouldn’t apply to Podz, esp when we’re fully healthy.
1st experiment with JK as a primary wasn’t awful. Especially with no spacing. That’s the only thing I was focusing on today
probably the biggest mistake was Kerr expecting good chemistry from putting in Klay and Saric together at the same time LOL
💀this is one of the most expensive rosters in nba history and the 21 year old is carrying. They got cooked soon as he left the floor.
No reason to care about this season as a fan if they don’t as a team/front office
I guess if we were to find a silver lining it is probably JK learning how much tougher it is to be “the dude” and coming out better for it.
If the warriors had their own pick I would not be mad at pulling a mavs.Just sitting the vets
At least Moody’s 13 straight missed 3s streak was broken tonight… that’s good news right..?
at least Gui Santos and Stephen curry are recovering and having fun in the g-league, unfortunately the Golden state warriors are very dependent on Curry and Green, in today’s game, klay, podz, Wiggins, saric and CP3 were very, very below what I expected.
kum with 9/10 FT is the best news of the night. he’ll need to keep hitting at this high clip to continue his march to stardom.
Game tied after the first. Saric subs in at center and 6 minutes later he subs out with an 11 point Dallas lead.
Hopefully this failing for the 10th straight time will convince Kerr to not do it in our play-in game.
“C’mon Podz” i had this thought many times, and especially on the fast break when he went for a layup with a defender in front of him instead of passing it to Kuminga. It wasn’t just him though. There were many times I saw that a guy would not just make the extra pass.
In general, the offense is trash because guys aren’t shooting enough threes. Defenders just know to pack the paint because they know that our guys will drive to score, and not drive to kick out to a three pointer.
We’re aiming for *the hardest road*, the only 10th seeded nba champions ever.
Man it seems like we are going to be in the 10th seed rest of this season.
I’m not mad at podz game at all, But I am annoyed at how lack of accountability that this 21 yo rookie is.
I love how this sub turns super negative after losses.
It’s kinda sad how much hate is in here.
For me. The silver lining: we didn’t get blown out. JK scored well. Showed her can score even without good spacing. TJD keeps getting better.
I thought the score was 109-99?
