Basketball whove recently had their conference championships and as you seen if you’ve seen our last video South Carolina was able to defeat LSU with a seven-point victory we also had USC come out on top of Stanford Juju Watkins was actually having not her best game this year but she’s having a

Phenomenal season and despite her struggles last game they were able to pull it out Iowa actually ended up going to OT and defeated Nebraska by five points at OT with the help of kayin Clark and Notre Dame and Hannah Dogo were able to defeat North Carolina state by Four

Points we have a couple more conference championships coming today and tomorrow and we’ll see how those go for us so my take on the games was that um of course the LSU South Carolina game was amazing but South Carolina did struggle with Tennessee the night before

So so was that like a was that a back-to-back game so they played um they played them Saturday and then played Sunday you look at that we do have we do have to mention um well I think we already covered the fight but I don’t think we covered the post uh games uh

Speeches and um I commend uh don Staley for her take um for her accountability for her teams um and the their part in the fight um I did not um I don’t even want to say appreciate it I I very much was disappointed in Kim and her take for her

Team I think there was no responsibility on their end even though um Johnson was the one that really initiated it and uh cardoo took it to to another level I still think that there was no accountability on that side and her saying that she wishes she had

Pushed Angel Reese I’m not sure where she was going with that but I think that’s really a poor representation of coaches and leadership in women’s basketball that’s my take on that she was hoping Angel Reese was going two-piece it that’s she was hoping for she might have two piece up but she

Was gonna get at least one piece back right yeah and those were back-to-back games so on Saturday they played Tennessee be um winning of course at the buzzer with the buzzer beater from cordosa and then they played LSU on Sunday and you know if she had push Angel Reese and a fight

Had broken out between the two both of them would have been out for the next um for the championship games or the tournament games so yeah exactly so this is this is who we have leading our women like she’s not very uh I’m gonna take that back she didn’t

Have the forethought of what that would have been what that would have meant for her team right I feel like she is playing into a little bit the culture at LSU what what culture the state of Louisiana you know they get down the whole the whole state or just

Some in general though LSU does is known for playing dirty and like a little I mean I don’t want to say all the way dirty but like they kind of I mean let me not say not saying that because yeah they kind of Play Dirty both football

Basketball they they play a little they play to win they don’t they don’t play to be nice they play to win the NFL team I mean the whole state of Louisiana the whole yeah but you can’t I don’t know I I just I just feel like you can you can

Feed into that to a a little bit but to take it to where she took where there was no accountability and then she started off saying that nobody wants to see it but then you said you wishing she had pushed Angela Reese or Angel Reese I

Just think like that was that was really really I was really really disappointed um in her for saying that and not taking accountability I think I mean just very classless and she just makes Don Staley look so great like and I’m happy that we have that type of representation in women’s basketball now

With that being said I think the fight is going to bring even more viewership unfortunately we like a train wreck I don’t know I think it’ll bring more viewership in social media terms I think it’s G to get a lot more views on social media YouTube Tik Tok Instagram I

Don’t know that people are going to want to watch the game or watch the tournament more because they seen Camila cardoso and FL J oh no they wanna they wanna they wanna they want to see they want to see that that rematch that’s what they want to we want to see it and

That’s where and that’s where a lot of uh eyes are now social media if you get big social media viewing um the WNBA is going to sign a new um television deal and and uh um Players Association deal in 2025 and if you’re getting all these these uh social media views that’s gonna

That’s going to go up in in their dollars and what they can pay their players so you know it’s not all bad you know I agree and I would like to uh see how this is going to shake out for LSU’s coach as far as parents willing to send

Their children to play for her you know right I would not send my kid to to learn ratchetness exactly um some other winners that we had um Iowa they had a very impressive run um prior to their championship game as well as uh let’s

See here I had that just a hold on let’s let’s let’s talk about Iowa playing Nebraska Nebraska was leading them all the way up until like the very last second of that game and um Caitlyn Clark didn’t have her best game she was five for 17 from the three-point line she

Took 29 shots so she’d definitely be putting up those shots um but she was heroic in the last like quarter and in OT like I mean I see why like I just to be honest I hadn’t been watching a lot of her game but I I watched that

And like she is definitely a big time player in the big moments when it counts so I can’t wait to see her in the WNBA like she was definitely amazing so credit to her that she that they won the games other players too but she really

Really stepped it up right I think in the fourth quarter on OT she was able to really focus because it’s crunch time I think she’s been struggling the last couple games just because with the pressure of it’s like she knows where she’s getting drafted every everybody’s talking about it ticket s people are

Talking about ticket sales people are talking about a relationship people are talking about everything that has to do with kayin Clark lately and so I think all that pressure when it comes to three-point shooting I think it is a lot about focus and confidence it’s not just based on athleticism it’s really focused

On like the mind and you’re focus on making this shot and I think that has led to some of her struggles recently yeah and also um also to to shout out to her she has defin she has surpassed the great Steph Cur and um division one uh three-pointers in

History so she’s like holding that title as well so I’m not sure how many more record she can break in college but she seemed to be racking them all up so again congratulation once again CL Caitlyn Clark seriously she is racking them up she’s now passed St Curry for

The most three-pointers she has passed Pete marovic for the most points in college basketball history for men’s she’s also passed the girl for most points in women’s throughout the tournament I know there is somebody who has the unofficial record for the most points in college basketball but she’s

Not far behind and based on her scoring Pace she’s definitely going to break even The Unofficial record for the most points in women’s college basketball and also she’s led the league in assist this will now be her second year in a row leading the league in assist so a lot of

People talk about how many shots she takes but I mean if when you could pass the ball like that it’s not like you’re being a ball hog leading all college basketball players and assist second year in a row y I guess that that’s definitely something to um to put out

There cuz I was just definitely thinking like yo she’s taking a lot of shots like 29 is a lot like so I’m not sure how she’s still leading and assist but I guess the same with LeBron James so yeah I can’t wait to see her in in the in the

WNBA I think it’s going to be very exciting I mean a part of it to me is they have to pick her up from so far out like they have to guard kayln Clark when she’s by the logo she’s known for that logo three so when you got players

Having to pick her up from the logo and even sometimes double her right as she’s approaching the three-point line it allows her teammates to just run straight for the basket and whichever teammate has the most space she’s going to Diamond to she’s not a selfish player

She just if she knows she’s gonna hit the shot she’s gonna hit the shot she’s very efficient and she wasn’t last night though she wasn’t last night last night was uh was not very efficient when she’s not efficient though I will say like like I said she’s a good passer she’s

Also a very good rebounder for a point guard she is taller I think she’s about 5’11 and she had about a point Tim B last game she’s a very good rebounder probably I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s leading college basketball in triple doubles too she good at everything probably

Okay um who else did we want to mention I think you wanted to mention uh gu guu Juju Watkins Juju Watkins definitely struggled last game so I was surprised USC was able to come out on top but she’s having a phenomenal season as a freshman in UFC she’s second in college

Basketball and SCH only under kin Clark and she has surpassed klin Clark uh in freshman points she’s currently I believe third in all-time freshman points and if she can keep going throughout the tournament make bring her team to maybe the final four at least she’ll definitely end up being the

Leading freshman score of all time well I mean I think they may have um figured out a way to contain her because last night they just shut her shut her down and made some the other players um beat them which they were able to do but they

Definitely had a plan for her so hopefully um her coach can adjust to that I mean I wish they they did but you know get her open a little bit more but she’s definitely been phenomenal I think we haven’t really been talking about her as much because of uh Caitlyn Clark and

This is her last year and we want to you know just give her all her glory but I think next year is definitely going to be all Juju all the time I wanted to mention Hannah Hado Hannah Hado plays for Notre Dame who also won their conference Championship and I

Think that she’s definitely an underrated player going into the WNBA next year she’s a phenomenal Defender and she’s actually in the also in the top five I believe she’s third in all women’s college basketball players and scoring and leading all college basketball players and steals averaging about five steals per game and five

Steals per game is something you really just you don’t see that it’s not something that that is huge that is huge if she’s able to bring that type of game to the next level and keep going with that Elite quickness I know at the next level there will be more competition and

Better ball handlers but if she’s able to play defense and score like that at the next level and also she’s probably gonna end up because she’s getting drafted lower than girls like Kaylin Clark and Camila cardoso she might end up being on a really good team and if

She ends up on a really good team we might see her have a lot of success in terms of winning and making it far into the playoffs well let’s hope and let’s hope it’s not a not a situation where she’s uh on the bench because you have a

Lot of really good players on that team and she’s not getting her shine so let’s let’s hope let’s hope that uh the WNBA um does add two more teams um next year we already know the Warriors is going to get one they wanted to add to it might

Be Toronto but we’ll see we’ll be waiting for the news on that next on the list bus Co show your bus down show my what your hand up coach go like this in the camera go y so lfu is uh most likely re gonna be the uh

Two seed in the National Tournament and that was just Angel ree fla J and Kim Moi celebrating their success what do you think about that what success well they did lose the conference Championship but I mean they’re having a pretty good season I believe that’s four losses they they

Have yeah they have definitely um been been playing pretty good over the last um I don’t know five 10 games or so they have really been because for a minute there I didn’t think they were I thought they were they had fell off but they have really started to revive

Their season so um yeah you know good congratulations to them I mean I don’t know that’s all I’m GNA say about that I can’t say any more about the coach that I’ve already said um I I would say this I don’t want to just uh hate on her

She’s definitely doing something to keep those girls uh motivated uh I just wish that she would show a little bit more um leadership yeah I mean I think a lot of players want to play with her play for her though I think a good big part of it

I understand that knocks on her leadership but at the same time just that fun energy I think a lot of those younger girls really just want to be a part of that system and that freedom because not necessar it’s not necessarily all about their sets you

Know Angel ree doesn’t score a lot of her points on the pick and she a lot of it is just post-ups and her just putting in her own work Michaela Williams she gets a lot of her points on ISO buckets Haley van lit same thing Haley van lit’s

Transferring to LSU has been big for them even though they lost Alexis Morris last season who went to the WNBA Haley Ben lith has definitely more than replaced her like Haley Ben lith is a phenomenal player a couple of shots dropped for her late in that fourth quarter last game and we’re talking

About a definitely a different ending to that game I wanted to add to the um LSU um women’s basketball that I hope they don’t take that same energy into the tournaments um for March Madness now that people saw what happened there and the dirty plays have been really you

Know put a spotlight on those dirty plays I think the refs are going to be watching them you know so um go ahead I said I hope they come in you know ready actually play some basketball and not bring the dirty play in because I do think you know people

Are going to be watching for it well I hope that the ref is not only watching but I hope that they’re not you know swallowing the whistles and actually call some of those so that you know you can stop that before it turns into Mayhem right right that’s unlikely I I

Agree that I do hope the refs are fair and impartial to both teams but I just I think it’s unlikely like we seen last game Angel ree doing a little little hair pulling and and shoving on the lowkey and not getting it called I think

These uh the NCAA and the refs and the people getting paid honestly realize how much the angel Rees and flaw Jay in that LSU team have brought the women’s college basketball I know a lot of people like to credit kayln Clark and her success for what they brought to

Women’s college basketball but at the same time Angel Reese just because of their social media presence off the basketball court they brought so many eyes to women’s college basketball and women’s athletes that I think a part of that is the reason they’re swallowing that whistle they don’t want to sit fla

J down they don’t want to sit Angel Reese down even fla J I think has been clearly outperformed by some of the other guards on LSU Michaela Williams and Haley van lith yeah I mean she did have a really good showing a couple games ago with 25 points but I I don’t I

Think because of the transfers and the recruits that have come to LSU this year fla j a lot of her minutes are not necessarily I’m so much better than these other players but it’s because people watch basketball watch women’s college basketball to see FL J and they watch women’s college basketball to see

Angel ree talking about Mo mostly those casual fans that aren’t necessarily huge basketball fans but they’re just really fans of those two girls and their Celebrity Status right now I would agree I I definitely agree with that I mean Angel Reese has almost become a household name almost you know

And that’s really unheard of for a college uh female basketball player yeah so what do we have on the men’s side on the men’s side hucon has been overthrown as the number one seed and surprisingly Houston is now the number one seed in men’s college basketball and

Like they have the same record but because of Point differential they’ll likely be the number one seed in the NCAA tournament we’ve also got uh Rob Dillingham Rob Dillingham was just voted as uh Sixth Man of the Year in the SEC and second team at all SEC a lot of people

Are calling and saying that he should have been First Team all SEC it’s hard to put him in first team just because he’s coming off the bench but he’s having a phenomenal season and he’s coming off the bench averaging 20 points like where where where’s that happening yeah well in women’s in women’s

Basketball people are saying he should have been starting now I think kellar also did this with Devin Booker I don’t if you know Devin you know Devon Booker a superstar in the NBA right now he actually also came off the bench for Kentucky when Kentucky had an undefeated

Season and I think in college they like to give like both the bench and the starters a lot of minutes they’re you know they’re young and they just like to spread the minutes around because even though it is about winning I feel like it’s not as much about winning I think

They definitely do prioritize giving everybody their minutes and I think the bench gets a lot more minutes and Coach Calipari realizes that and he just kind of let he likes to let a star player sit on the bench and kind of just abuse that second unit but I think I think that’s a

Strategy though that’s a strategy and probably strategy some of the NBA teams should take because um under when you when you have all of your your your Powerhouse players on the starting lineup when you when you put your bench players in they get run right down so if

You got somebody on the bench that can keep it at least to where it’s then you know you you have a winning strategy so I like it I agree I agree a lot of a lot of um NBA teams do kind of adopt that strategy I know the issue in the NBA sometimes

Though is that those star players don’t want to sit on the bench they they want to be Stars they want to be starters they feel like oh if I’m on the bench I’m not going to get my money when it comes contract time I know one player

Like that was Tyler herro for the Miami Heat he he let it be known that if he was not put in the starting lineup he’d be looking for a new team after his contract was up and they did end up moving him to the starting lineup but

Miami was thriving when they had him at the sixth man just because he was able to give you 20 points Off the Bench he was leading the team in shot attempts and scoring Off the Bench so it it’s something that it does work but on the

Higher level a lot of egos come into play and so it’s harder to do at the higher level with t part easy for him because cipar coaches one and duns that’s what he’s known for he said he’s made a interview recently saying that he likes for his players to look at his

Their first season in Kentucky as their first year in the NBA because he’s training them to go to the NBA yeah that’s true that’s been his strategy for a while um you know um turning players over to the NBA so yeah I think the the fear was that once

The um nil money came to college sports that he would have to or all the coaches in college sports would be dealing with those same type of egos that they deal with in the NBA but I mean I have really haven’t seen that come to be I think

That was a fear for a lot of people a lot of people were I mean you know yeah with with kids having money you’re going to have a different attitude but I don’t think it has been what they really thought it would be that they they

Really a lot of people thought it was going to ruin college sports you know no I think I think it is it’s not just the nil but it’s also um them having the ability to just hop out and jump into the portal at any time I mean that’s that’s one of the

Reason why Sabin quit he’s like listen you’re not happy because Sabin has been known to you know Stack Up players and have them sit behind one another and some of these players don’t even get to play right or if you have a couple of bad games like um the Eagles quarterback

What’s his name again uh Jaylen Herz Jaylen Herz he got replaced he got replaced um and then the dude behind him above him got replaced with with Tua and so now these quarterbacks or these players they don’t have to sit behind anybody they just jump in the portal and

You know a lot of coaches can’t really adjust to that because they like having and like you need you need that you need that backup you need another person in training but now they don’t have the ability to do that so it definitely is a

Um it’s a give and take with that yeah but the and the portal those are two different situ it’s it’s both it’s both of them together because schools can say hey look you come over here we got this nil money for you and you know and then

They gone because they have the ability to now you could have said yeah we have this ni money for you but if you don’t have the ability to leave then you don’t get that money you know they used to make you sit sit or when you leave they

Also make you sit out one year right so you lose a year so yeah yeah okay what’s up next next we can move on to the NBA um the Bucks are currently struggling right now they did take a loss to the Golden State Warriors in a kind of a blow out

This is the second quarter and the Warriors have already taken a 22-point lead led by Stephen Curry and Jonathan kaminga Klay Thompson also had a pretty good game Draymond Green playing really good defense they were would have scor on that layup right there but I mean

Besides that the Bucks were just kind of struggling all game see jannis missing that layup Draymond Green getting a block on Brook Lopez and yeah the Warriors just kind of dominated that game the Bucks also lost to I’m sorry the Bucks also lost right here to the

Los Angeles Lakers it was a tighter game but LeBron wasn’t playing yeah let’s put it in context they lost to a Bron lless Lakers yeah on under the strength of D’Angelo Russell yeah D’Angelo Russell a part of that is I mean I don’t want to put it all on Damen Lillard but

It’s definitely been noticed the loss of Drew holiday I think they they thought that they just needed more star power but I don’t think the Bucks are a I think they’re still a great team I don’t think they’ve lost a huge step obviously Drew holiday and Damen Li aren’t like

Miles apart but I just don’t look at them and think oh this is a much better team now that they’ve gotten Damen Lillard without Drew holiday I think Drew holiday was meant a lot to that team and I don’t think they realized how much when they went and made that trade

Well and I think it’s I think it’s it’s it’s it’s it’s that but it’s also where is where is their their third uh player what’s his what’s his name Chris Middleton yes where is Chris Middleton so it’s not Damen Lillard it’s where is Chris Middleton is he is he hurt like I

Haven’t even heard his name mentioned also you have to put it on the coach the coach um is more focused on defense so they’re playing a slower game which means they’re slowing down their offense right so there’s a there’s an issue right there so I I don’t think that he’s

Changed the defense as much as he’s slowed down their their the game so you see that the games they’re scoring less points now on both sides but you know they’re coming they’re coming up short so the thing is is that are the bucks for real he’s been he’s been kind of passive

This year Chris Middleton he is averaging a career high and assist at five assists so that’s impressive but he’s only averaging 14.8 a game 14.8 points a game and that’s that’s low for him he’s usually a 20o per game score he is their alltime leader and three-pointers made and it’s just just

Kind of disappointing to see he could do more and he is sharing the ball now with Damen Lillard and Malik Beasley has kind of found a home in Milwaukee feels like he take more Malik Beasley shouldn’t be shouldn’t shouldn’t be getting he shouldn’t be getting those those buckets

He’s good at you know shooting but he’s he’s definitely no Chris Middleton so I don’t even understand that sharing the ball with him he should be over in the corner and shoot whenever he gets the ball with him but five assists that’s not really a lot of assists what he was

Getting like two before so I don’t know I think Chris Middleton definitely needs to step it up do his part like I I thought he was hurt I didn’t even though he was playing so he what he did miss last game uh he actually had a Miss

Missed out on about $ 1.5 million for missing last game I’m not sure what stipulation and his contract caused that to happen but yeah after missing the game he missed out on a 1.5 oh this is 13th straight game he missed but I mean just just in general the way he’s been

Playing so he has been so he has been missing he has he has been missing the last last 13 or so games yeah so that might be necessarily but he’s been missing the last few games and he’s missed 13 games in total in the season okay on the

Season okay okay I got I got you because 13 straight games again something’s got to be wrong with him but yeah I mean I think he needs to definitely step it up and I think like that’ll probably help them a lot you cannot you cannot score

14 point as the third scorer uh or the third piece and then expect to win you just can’t exactly Malik Malik Beasley really taking probably just about as many shots as he is only averaging 11.4 and Malik Beasley just he’s not that guy he’s a good player but he’s not remember

We had him we had him last year he had one good game on the court and he he he hasn’t improved that much though over one season where he’s gone from can’t stay on the court for a team like the Lakers and then now you’re on a contending team

And he’s all of a sudden their third or fourth option it’s like I he’s not a great defender a lot of these guys they’ve added Chris Middleton already isn’t a great defender Malik Beasley is not a great defender Damien lard is not a great defender and

With the way the league is going Giannis and Brook Lopez being your best defenders both being post Defenders is not suiting them well because most teams are just lighting them up from the three-point line well didn’t they go and get Patrick Beverly for that like how’s that going Patrick

Beverly how many where is he going to go if they’re if they’re playing Malik Beasley and Damen Lillard all game you can’t put Patrick Beverly anywhere with the point guard position and also uh Bob Bobby Porters isn’t he on their team Bobby por too kind of so like I said I

Haven’t even heard about uh Middleton so yeah we’ll see what happened so this is um so it just makes me question the East the validity of the East people saying how strong the East is now I think the West is still like that that conference because you lost to the ninth and the

10th seed like I’m sorry and you and you you barely beat the Clippers with the uh the depleted Clippers with without um without Harden not Harden without Paul George and uh kawhai L and Westbrook so and you barely beat them yeah reports are currently out that wussell Westbrook

Will probably be out until around playoff time and they’re they’re not even sure about that they’re hoping that he’ll be back for the start of the playoff but he has a fractured wrist I believe in on his shooting hand so I hope to see him have a speedy recovery

They were able to like you said defeat the depleted clippers but wasn’t by a lot I mean granted they still have James Harden but yeah the Clippers the Clippers are a team an exciting team and definitely a a team to worry about the season like I

Said I mean they were able to hold their own against the Milwaukee Bucks without Paul George Kawhi Leonard and Russell Westbrook and when they have all four of those players going they’re a really hard team to beat all three of those players are playing very efficient this

Year didn’t the didn’t the Lakers beat that team with all three of them I’m not sure uh maybe no W play Russ W played are we C Russell Westbrook oh yeah Jame James hard he’s coming off the bench now yeah I mean he is coming off the

Bench Russell West is a big piece for them he is coming off the bench as sixth man I agree I agree I’m not trying to [ __ ] on on Russ on Russ Russ is my guy so but what I’m saying is like you you got you got Harden Paul and

Kawai and you got Powell Powell shoot your eyes out like shoot your eyes out your head so but yeah all right so next on our list is let’s see what else did I have for us oh uh uh San Antonio San Antonio first has been playing really well as you can

See uh they were up against the Warriors by is 18 points and second quarter we moved forward and they’re still up about uh 14 almost they were they were reaching for a 20-point lead pretty much this whole game I don’t know if they quite got there but they’re playing phenomenal

Basketball right now Victor wanyama did not even play in this game they were led by kin Johnson Devin Vel and Jeremy soan and I believe a I don’t even think any of those three LED their team in scoring so they’re definitely kind of finding their themselves late in the season I

Think part of that is though they were tanking for a good position in the lottery they’ve all but secured a spot deep in that Lottery and so now they kind of have enough room where they’re deep enough in the Lost column where they can kind of just go all out and

Just try to figure out how to win games and still have a strong position in the NBA lottery they did end up winning by 13 points and yes without Victor wanyama yeah and they also they also beat um the the the Thunder uh so to me I just think

Like they’re they’re really like sneaky good you know they’re sneaky good and like you said they probably tanking for um um for for a piece or you know just to have that pick to trade to to get uh a superstar next to um next to Victor

Because I do think like the team is very young so they’re going to need some veterans uh on that team so we’ll see what um next year uh looks like they do need some veterans on the team I think though I believe they should keep that pick if they’re able to get anywhere

Between the four the third fourth maybe even fifth pick I think they’ll be able to sneak and get Rob Dillingham I think he’d be a really great pent with Victor wiama I’m not the only person that thinks that a lot of there’s been a lot of whispers about what position does he

Play Rob Dillingham plays point and shooting guard he’s kind of a combo guard okay yeah that be primary position point guard yeah I agree and but would you so let me ask you let me ask you this would you take would you take him over um a Trey Young

No there you go because this is what I’m saying right you need some you need some veteran presence on there and if you can flip that I’m sure Atlanta would love to take that or you can bring back jante Murray like there’s so many different play ways they can go to get an

Experienc point guard so I I if it was me I would flip it I I hear what you’re saying I think the only reason I say that I think they can get some veterans in free agency I think a lot of veterans in the NBA right now really you can get

Some veterans but you want to get somebody that’s just going to shoot you right up because I believe with with an experience point guard like Trey young like they can easily be at the top uh four in the in the west next year easily with Trey young I don’t I don’t know

Get him out of there and not just like um Trey they can have a three- team deal where they can still get him you know teams are clamoring for that pick so I think like they for me I would like to see them with a with a veteran point

Guard instead of another uh another first round pick to go with them but I think that would definitely shoot them up in the rankings in the west like top four I I I think personally because Trey young has been in a lot of trade rumors but I think personally maybe a lot of

Teams in the NBA and a lot of fans don’t value Trey young that much I think the Atlanta Hawks specifically value Trey young a lot I I don’t think they’ll be willing to trade him like I said even for the first pick if you package a whole bunch of don’t think that anybody

Especially with this draft not being the strongest draft I don’t think there is any amount of draft picks where they’re going to say hey we trust these young guys to be able to bring to the table what Trey young brings to the table but they have but they have the jeante muray

So because because where Atlanta is and and and and what they tried to put together you know how these NBA teams are they’re gonna break that up so somebody is going to be there for the take in I think the jonte I think more than like de Jon Murray will end up on

The trade block I know they did try to trade him in the trade in uh around the trade block this season it didn’t end up falling through I think there were a lot of talks about trading him for D’Angelo Russell and I think a part of them not

Being being traded was really the fans literally making it known that neither team really wanted the other player the Lakers were comfortable having D’Angelo Russell around that time he was going on a really strong hot streak and then the Atlanta Hawks when the Lakers came to

Play them they had an entire Stadium we don’t want you with D’Angelo Russell and de Deon Murray right before the trade block hit two buzzer beaters for the Hawks so I think that that trade was gonna go through and it just circumstantially did not I do still see

Deon Murray and Trey young not necessarily being the best fit I don’t think either of them are really fit to play the shooting guard position or play off ball I think they’re both on ball point guards that are really good Playmakers and I I really see dejonte

Murray getting traded I don’t see them trading Trey young for anything less than a star player Trey young has been flirting with with wimy so we’ll we’ll see we’ll see how that goes I think Trey young wants to go don’t me wrong I think Trey young if they trade Trey young

Young how many years does he have left on his deal let’s let’s let’s look that up he’s on a $27 million fiveyear deal and that does not extend until 2027 so that he’s got three more years damn he just got that deal but but hey but that’s but that’s good that’s good for

Around him so that’s why I think the piece they probably need to get rid of is is is Trey young I would definitely try to to to get rid of him as opposed to De jante but either one of them I think will do better um will do the

Spurs a lot of good to get a veteran point guard I really really really feel that and I mean I like the Spurs I like what they have so I wouldn’t mind seeing them have that but to have just another Young Piece I don’t think that’s going to do them a

Whole lot of good it’s possible I again I just don’t I don’t know I don’t know that Atlanta gives up Trey young I like you said okay so it doesn’t have to be Trey young yeah John K has played really well uh for the Jazz he’s averaging about 15 points and nine

Rebounds but he’s the Jazz aren’t playing good jazz are 11 seed right now and with the same thing kind of with Cam reddish like you said cam reddish he’s getting more minutes on the Lakers but he’s not really playing that well and the Lakers aren’t playing that well

Theyve traed some other pieces around the league and those those guys aren’t really playing that they’re playing okay but they’re not playing that well and none of those teams are exceedingly better than the Hawks sure the Hawks aren’t having the best season but they’re still in contention to make the
