2023-24 Celtics move up to 3rd all time in Net Rating (point differential per 100 possessions), behind the 1995-96 and 1996-97 Bulls, after their 26 point win over the Wizards
It doesn’t need to be said but I’ll say it anyways. As impressive as the Celtics have been this year, and they’ve been damn impressive, with the explosion of scoring this year, net ratings at the extremes are going to be more pronounced. Still think the 08 Celtics that scored 100 and gave up 90 is slightly better.

They are [5th in point differential per game (+11.45)](https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/which-team-has-the-highest-point-differential-per-game-in-a-season), behind the 70-71 Bucks, 71-72 Lakers, 95-96 Bulls and 16-17 Warriors.
