I admire James’ attempt to lift the Clippers spirits, as they’ve looked kinda miserable the last few weeks, but maybe there’s a better way to do it in the future…

I was kinda close in my explanation in the thread about this play? Keeping players from falling asleep is a good way to lighten the mood.

Considering we weren’t too far removed from blowing a similar lead in the 4th quarter vs the Lakers, it was perhaps a little risky. But since we won fairly comfortably in the end, I suppose it worked as intended.
