I’ve held on to this pic since I was a kid. Any chance this is an authentic Barkley sig?

A friend of my mom picked up this pic and sig many years ago, probably close to 35 years now. I was a huge fan of the round mound of rebound as a kid. And just out of curiosity…. Is that Chris Mullin over his left shoulder?
