Joe confirming the late shot clock dribble dribble dribble isos to a contested shot is a feature and not a bug like we all assumed it was. I love this team, but it really takes the wind out of my sails to hear that, for sure. Of the top 50 scorers in the league this year, Tatum is bottom in eFG% in the last 5 minutes. If our coaching staff cares about the numbers, they shouldn’t be ignoring that.
JT making a play for us hasn’t worked. Why not run a play for him or the 4 other guys on the court? They’re more than capable. Why does this team act like it’s a tatum + bench lineup in the clutch?

So I’m neither Doomer nor Green-tinted Homer 24/7. I just think it’s funny that Joe just literally confirmed most of the Doomer criticism this season. Yes these Celtics are elite and historic.
