I found several things in the most recent episode interesting:
– Tynan doesn’t think the Austin games will go on for more than another few years
– Mikal Bridges and KAT were mentioned as potential trade targets that would cost less than Trae
– Tynan said play-in is the goal next year, and his guest, Tom Petrini, said it’s playoffs
– Biggest area of growth for Sochan is rim finishing, and for Dev it’s getting to the rim

I’m intrigued to listen to see if it’s mentioned “why” he believes the Austin games won’t continue. It looks like they’ve been very successful
I don’t agree with their trade targets being cheap. KAT WAS available, Minnesota realized what they have works. I doubt he’s cheap to get and he’s likely not available. Bridges is available but they’ve turned down young lottery players and 4 picks for him. That’s insane value and Trae is likely going for salary matching and 4 picks.
I’m a KAT hater, but I think he would fit nice next to Wemby. However, if people hated Trae’s contract, KAT’s is WAY worse. Plus KAT has a way worse injury history.
I like Bridges, but his offense and defense have both taken a step back. They turned down a trade of Jalen Green and multiple of their own picks back at the trade deadline. He has two years left for a little under 25M/year.
The Nets have no incentive to trade Mikal right now. Mikal is under the contract till 2026 and the Rockets own all of the Nets FRP until 2027 (ouch). There is no incentive for them to blow it up so it will take a mother load of picks to pry Mikal from the Nets.
I hate watching KAT
