This is an awesome video of Gradey and his mom Carmen who was a 6-on-6 bball star in high school (averaged 60 pts a game her senior year), a record holder and women’s athlete of the year at Iowa State, and a professional basketball player in Japan in the 80s.
A 19-year-old kid drafted to the NBA (and to Canada no less) needs support of his fam, and it’s nice to see he has it! He even gave her a Raps jersey with her number from hs and college and her name on it (#50/ Jaspers)!
