Row and it’s not like this is a back toback or anything where they didn’t have any time to rest they had two solid days of doing whatever the hell they wanted to I’m more surprised that Luca donic was able to go out and play basketball after spending multiple days

Mavericks started going on a run the kings were crumbling and that’s where I went oh well this is the third quarter kings that I know and love and one of the things that just amazes me about Luca Don’s game every time I watch him play is obviously his pace and movement

I know everyone talks about it but the way he’s able to get around his Defender I messed up my last sentence and I forgot where I left off on so I’m just going to kind of restart it here sorry if that was an awkward cut but when Luca

Basically walks his way around his Defender you know with his slow pace and movement he has a bunch of options but most of the time he seems to either lay up the ball or go for a close jumper or his other option is just to kick it to

Lively or Gafford and the Kings really struggled with that especially letting their Shooters stay open I mean the Dallas Mavericks just weren’t really hitting their shots earlier on in the game which is what led them to have that deficit but with the way that the Kings crowd the paint or specifically crowd

Luca and Kyrie it always leaves Shooters open like PJ Washington Etc it also felt like there were a lot more fouls being called I didn’t really see that same physicality I saw from the last kings and Mavericks game but you know what the third quarter didn’t go as bad as I

Expected it to the Kings turned things around and it you know started to look a little bit better it didn’t look as good as it did going into halftime but it didn’t look like the Kings choked their lead and that’s what I will appreciate

One of the stats I do want to show you guys as well is the fast break point points because this is something that I thought was going to lead to the Kings winning this game uh in this game the Kings had 26 fast break points compared

To the Dallas Mavericks is 10 whereas in their last game where they got absolutely destroyed the Kings had eight compared to the Dallas Mavericks 18 which just showed that in this game the kings were playing a lot faster and were able to get a lot more Steals and just

Deflections and stuff like that that led to quick easy offensive points uh but it wasn’t enough because in the fourth quarter things just turned to I mean Kyrie Irving the same guy that had his leg injury later on in the game turned into Michael Jordan and was just

Hitting every single shot and then Luca Don is starting to hit parade shots and this is when you start kind of understanding yeah yeah we’re we’re not winning this game because the Kings seem to have this ability that when the other team starts getting hot they just Panic they can’t score a

basket they fumble the ball they’ll do bunch of shitty stupid little turnovers or they just won’t be able to score like later on I’m pretty sure when the game was tied it came down to a fox running floater that he makes he makes these shots every single time but this

One the pressure maybe was just too high or maybe he felt weird When jumping because he choked it he missed a shot but it’s not the end of the world that he missed the two but it is when exm goes over on the other side and hits a

Three like this is one of those situations where when you’re doubling a guy like LCA donic or Kyrie you have to know that there are other guys open as well that can hit shots but you know not even the xm3 would have been bad if the Kings could play some offense
