I remember watching a few games in San Jose as a kid. It was when Oracle area was being renovated to add some luxury suites

Just for that one season, because of renovations at the Coliseum

Wasn’t this game like 38-8 after a quarter? (Posting this then cheating by looking it up on basektball-reference)

Me neither. But I didn’t really start watching basketball until the end of Jordan/Antawn Jamison so I guess the following year.

I saw my first warriors game in 1964 at the San Jose Civic. I think the played the Bullets. After that game I wanted to play like Guy Rogers.

Come on you guys learn your history. This team is called Golden State because the owner wanted to play All Over California. I’ll look for the article that gives this amazing history

They played there for a season and practiced at evergreen valley college. Me and my buddies went over to Evergreen and greeted the Warriors as they got off the charter bus. Mullin said “what’s up” to us and it was one the main highlights of that tough season for us.
