While I love the leadership he brings to the bench and locker room, I always shake my head when Carlisle brings James Johnson off the bench in scrub minutes vs. letting Oscar get some NBA run. Does anyone know if Oscar is on a multi-year 2 way contract?

limitless motor. unfortunately i think the best he can be is a hustle/energy guy (like montrezl harrell basically), would love for him to have a successful career.
