Having a player we drafted be the ultimate 3rd option we have been waiting for next to Bron and AD hits like crack…. Greatest shooter in modern Laker history. Hope we lock him up to a long term deal this summer he’s taken the next leap here.

he’s one of us. a Laker through and through.

Let’s hope they can finish strong and get in the playoffs.

If he performs there, yes I’d happily welcome him back

Paired with reaves that’s a pretty solid backcourt. Rui in the starting lineup too is just killer

  5. Zoulogist

Don’t give up out backcourt depth for Trae

Cohesion is something you cannot buy and almost 2 seasons with AD/Bron/AR/Rui gives this team a chemistry that you can’t just pick up with a good-on-paper free agent signing. I’m most excited by Gabe since he’s almost like signing a killer free agent just before playoffs who happens to be incredibly familiar with the team’s system and players. I assume he’s playing tonight and easing back into game, which is why he was resting last night. Let’s see that lockdown D! And back to OP, let’s see DLo continue being the big 3rd.

He better ball the fuck out in the playoffs no matter where we ultimately dip out. Otherwise he gone

Dlo deserve the bag!!! He’s earned it. He started rocky with us in the beginning but clearly he’s on a new level now. Watching him play is awesome. I’ve even mimic some of he’s favorites move while playing ball since I’m also left handed.

Haven’t felt this way since Kuz was coming into his own in the bubble

    It’ll likely be something around 4/80 – 4/100 I’m guessing.

He’s just such a great fit with this team man, the Lakers would be stupid to not do it

I was a DLO hater after last season but he has thoroughly shut me up this year.

The fact that despite all the hate (though they have been silenced, for now…) and the pressure of playing as the 3rd option for one of the NBA’s great teams, he still wants to be here and wants all the smoke 😤💯

Some players’ journeys are complex but always take them home. Lakers is Dlo’s home.

Every time he shoots I feel like it’s going in. Idk the last laker I’ve had that feeling with lol

  15. its about the playoffs. if dlo can replicate this in the playoffs, he’s signed.

if not, then most likely not.

  16. TorontoRaptors34

He’s gotta show it when it matters.

  17. ihateryanjohnson

Y’all as loyal as Bron. You’ll switch up on him and stick him in a trade the moment he has a slump

  18. dustytrek

I’ll have to take your work on the crack part

  19. He’s gotta be resigned. There are no better options out there. Look at what Houston had to pay to get Fred Van Vleet.
